LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Arrow Global Group said its incoming Chief Executive Officer Lee Rochford bought his first shares in the debt purchasing company.
Rochford bought 174,928 shares at 283.84 pence each on Thursday which is his only holding.
Arrow Global said Wednesday that current chief executive officer Tom Drury has decided to step down, to be replaced by Rochford.
Arrow said that Rochford will take over as chief executive from January 3, 2017, while Drury will stay on until the end of February 2017 to help with the handover.
Rochford was previously chief financial officer at Virgin Money until September 2015, having previously been a managing director at Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
The stock closed down 0.3% at 289.00p Friday.

Energy consultant Utilitywise said Non-Executive Director Richard Feigen sold 58,675 shares at a price of 190.00 pence per share Thursday.
Following the transaction, Feigen is interested in 10,000 shares, or a 0.013% stake in the utility cost management consultancy.
Utilitywise on Tuesday said it has partnered up with the UK's third largest water supplier to the non-domestic market to provide gas and electricity procurement services to its customers.
The firm has teamed up with water supplier and wastewater service provider Business Stream, which is in the process of acquiring Southern Water's non-domestic business.
The stock closed up 3.4% at 198.29p Friday.

PCI-PAL said Chief Executive Officer William Catchpole and Chief Technical Officer Geoffrey Forsyth bought shares in the company. Catchpole and Forsyth each bought 49,847 shares at a price of 40.0 pence each on Thursday. The stock closed up 0.7% at 39.00p Friday.

Sound Energy said Greenberry, a vehicle connected to Non-Executive Director Marco Fumagalli, bought 774,387 shares at a price of 68.15 pence each Friday. Earlier the company said Chief Executive Officer James Parsons bought 44,522 shares at a price of 67.37 pence each on Friday. He is now interested in a total of 1.6 million shares, or a 0.25% stake. The stock closed up 1.2% at 69.33p Friday.

Schroder Japan Growth Fund said Non-Executive Director Alan Gibbs bought 52,330 shares at a price of 187.701 per share Thursday. Gibbs also bought 42,670 shares at a price of 184.44 pence per share on Wednesday and 5,000 shares at a price of 184.00p per share last Friday. The stock closed up 2.2% at 189.00p Friday.

Interdealer broker NEX Group said Chief Financial Officer Stuart Bridges has acquired shares in the company. Bridges bought 35,000 shares at 485.4305143 pence on Friday. The transaction comes a day after ICAP changed its name to NEX Group following the sale of its voice-broking and information business to mid-cap rival Tullett Prebon. Shares in NEX closed up 1.7% to 486.29p on Friday.
