LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.----------Mid Wynd International Investment Trust said Non Executive Director Russell Napier sold 24,000 shares.Napier sold the shares at 500.00 pence each for a total of GBP120,000.Mid Wynd shares closed up 1.0% at 502.05p.----------U&I Group said that Deputy Chief Executive Richard Upton bought 13,818 shares in the company. Upton acquired the shares at 232.00p each in a deal worth GBP32,057. Shares in the property developer closed flat at 237.00 pence each.----------Obtala said that Chairman Miles Pelham bought 750,000 shares. Pelham acquired the shares at 7.80p each in a deal worth GBP58,500. Shares in the Africa-focused agriculture company closed up 5.1% at 8.20p. ----------J Sainsbury said that Non-Executive Director Jo Harlow bought 8,000 shares in two separate transactions. Harlow purchased the first 7,460 shares at USD4.37 and the following 540 shares at USD4.25 for a total deal worth USD34,932. Shares in the supermarket chain closed 1.0% higher at 329.10p.----------River & Mercantile Group said that Chief Financial Officer Kevin Hayes purchased 18,939 shares at a price of 267.00p per share on Friday, at a total of GBP50,697. Following this transaction, Hayes now holds 337,237 shares in total, reflecting a 0.4% interest in the asset management company.
