LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Metro Bank Chief Executive Officer Craig Donaldson acquired shares worth GBP217,625 in the challenger bank in a transaction on Tuesday.Donaldson - CEO since 2010 - bought 10,000 shares at 2,176.247 pence each. Shares in the bank closed at 2,224.00 pence on Wednesday, up 2.9%.The total holding of Donaldson after the transaction was not disclosed. ----------St. Modwen Properties Non Executive Director and and Chair Designate Danuta Gray bought 10,500 shares at 370p per share. Gray's total shareholding following the GBP38,850 deal on Tuesday was not disclosed. Shares in the property company closed at 374.20p on Wednesday.----------WANdisco Chief Executive Officer & Chairman David Richards purchased 10,000 shares at an average price of 393p per share on Tuesday. Following the GBP39,500 transaction, Richards now holds 2.2 million shares in the distributed computing software company, reflecting a 5.3% stake. In addition, co-founder and chief scientist at WANdisco, Yeturu Aahlad, purchased 10,000 shares at the same average price on the same day. His beneficial interest now stands at 2.4 million shares or a 5.8% stake. Shares in WANdisco closed up 0.5% at 385.00p.----------Obtala Chairman Miles Pelham bought GBP62,250 worth of shares in the company. Pelham bought one million shares in the company at 6.2 pence per share each on Tuesday. His total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed. Shares in the agriculture and forestry focused investment company closed at at 6.33p each, down 4.2%.----------
