LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Metro Bank Chairman Vernon Hill purchased 10,000 shares at a price of GBP27.21 per share and 20,000 at a price of GBP27.33 on Monday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Hill now holds in the company following the GBP818,700 deal.Shares in Metro Bank closed trading up 1.2% at 2,760.00p on Tuesday.----------Business services provider SimplyBiz Group joint Chief Executive Matt Timmins purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 188.5 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this GBP188,500 transaction, Timmins now has an interest in 1.7 million shares, reflecting a 2.2% stake in the company. Simplybiz shares closed trading up 9.8% at 194.40 pence.----------Exploration company Cairn Energy said Director of Exploration Eric Hathon purchased 15,000 shares at a price of 221.7435 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this GBP33,262 transaction, Hathon now holds 21,759 shares in Cairn. Shares in Cairn Energy closed trading down 2.7% at 226.00p on Tuesday.----------Obtala Chairman Miles Pelham purchased 1.6 million shares at a price of 6.50 pence per share on Tuesday. Pelham also purchased 1,620 Argento preference shares at USD350 per share. These preference shares are convertible to Obtala ordinary shares on a 1 Argento to 1,786 Obtala share basis.It has not been disclosed how many shares Pelham now holds in the company following the two deals, which were worth a respective GBP104,000 and USD567,000. Obtala Deputy Chairman Martin Collins sold 6,733 Argento preference shares at USD350 per share for USD2.4 million. Shares in Obtala closed flat at 7.30p on Tuesday.----------Related Shares:
