LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

LONDON (Alliance News) - Metro Bank said Chief Executive Craig Donaldson sold shares worth GBP2.5 million in a transaction last Thursday.

Donaldson sold 63,000 Metro Bank shares at a price of GBP40.17 per share.

The company gave no details as to his prior or subsequent holding. Shares closed down 0.8% on Monday at 4,988.00 pence each.

Property investor and developer Helical said Chairman Michael Slade sold GBP524,380 worth in shares on Friday last week. Slade sold 158,903 shares in Helical at a price of 330.00p each. Following the sale, he holds 12.5 million Helical shares, representing 10.5% of its entire share capital. Shares in Helical closed up 0.3% at 341.00p on Monday.

FTSE 100-listed chemicals firm Croda International said unit head Maarten Heybroek sold shares worth GBP69,768 in a transaction on Monday. Heybroek - president of Performance Technologies & Industrial Chemicals at Croda - sold 1,502 shares at 4,645p each. Shares in Croda were 0.5% up at the close on Monday at 4,655.00p. The holding of Heybroek after the transaction was not disclosed.

Supply chain solution firm Wincanton said its Business Optimisation & Transformation Director Marcos Hart sold shares in the supply chain provider company in a transaction last Friday. Hart sold 3,706 shares at GBP2.35 pence per share, worth GBP8,712. Wincanton shares closed flat at 235.00p each on Monday. The company did not provide Hart's holding, if any, before or following the transaction.

The holding of Tkhelidze after the transaction was not disclosed.

Ecofin Global Utilities & Infrastructure Trust said Director Martin Negre and a person closely associated with him acquired shares worth a combined GBP118,253 in two transactions on Friday. Negre - a director since 2016 - bought 77,611 shares at 115.00p each, worth GBP89,253. After the transaction, Negre held 1.2 million shares or a 1.3% stake in the firm. In addition, Linda Negre acquired 25,000 shares at 116.00p each, worth GBP29,000, the same day. The transaction represented the entire holding of Linda Negre. Shares in Ecofin Global were 0.8% lower at 116.00p at the close of trading on Monday.
