LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------British retailer Marks & Spencer said Chairman Archie Norman purchased 35,000 shares at a price of 287.1 pence per share.It has not been disclosed how many shares Norman holds in the company following the GBP100,485 deal.Shares in Marks & Spencer closed up 0.3% at 290.00p each.----------Gold exploration company Ariana Resources said that the wife of Chairman Michael de Villiers purchased 1.0 million shares at a price of 1.42 pence per share. Following the transaction, de Villiers holds 47 million shares in Ariana, reflecting a 4.4% stake in the company. Shares in Ariana Resources closed up 9.3% at 1.45p each.----------Value & Income Trust said that the AIL Pension Scheme, of which Director Matthew Oakeshott is a beneficiary, purchased 250,000 shares at a price of 270.00 pence. It has not been disclosed how may shares Oakeshott now holds following this transaction. Shares in the trust closed down 1.4% at 270.17p each.----------Audioboom Group said it will raise GBP4.5 million through a placing and subscription of new shares, as it reported a slightly widened annual loss. The podcasting company intends to issue 150.0 million shares at 3 pence per share. Non-Executive Director Roger Maddock has subscribed for 3.3 million of the second placing shares for GBP100,000.Shares in Audioboom are currently suspended and are expected to resume trading on Thursday next week.----------Cranswick said that Chief Executive Officer Adam Couch's wife Heather Couch sold 13,500 shares. In a deal concluded on Thursday, Couch's wife sold the shares at a price of 3411.75 pence each for a total consideration of GBP460,485. Shares in the sausage producer closed up 2.3% at 3,448.00p.----------Investment company Georgia Capital said Independent Director Jyrki Talvitie purchased 4,000 shares at a price of 1,088.672 pence per share on Wednesday. Shares in Georgia Capital closed down 1.0% at 1,112.40p each.----------Car retailer Inchcape said Chairman Nigel Stein purchased 26,500 shares at a price of 760.5 pence per share on Thursday. Shares in Inchcape closed up 0.6% at 762.00p each. ----------Pets At Home Group said people closely associated with its directors purchased shares in the retail company via separate transactions on Friday. Nick Anderton, person closely associated with Chief Executive Peter Pritchard, bought 77,182 shares at a price of 128.90p each, worth GBP99,489. Julie DeNunzio, person closely associated with Chairman Antonio DeNunzio, purchased 200,000 shares at 127.60p each, totalling GBP255,204. Allison Iddon, person closely associated with Chief Financial Officer Michael Iddon, obtained 53,526 shares at 130.05p each, worth GBP69,611.The stock closed 0.5% lower at 127.30p each.----------Private healthcare provider Spire Healthcare Group said Senior Independent Director Peter Bamford purchased 4,000 shares at a price of 248.0 pence per share on Thursday. Ackman purchased the shares in Pershing Square Holdings for USD14.8 per share. Combined with his convertible management shares, Ackman holds a total of 17.9 million shares, representing an 8.1% stake. Pershing Square Holdings also announced that its board member, Nick Botta, has purchased 18,648 shares since May 29 at a price of USD14.00 per share. Including convertible management shares, Botta holds a total of 245,434 shares, representing a 0.1% total stake in the company.
