LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Lloyds Banking Group Thursday said a group of senior executives, managers and non-executive directors bought shares in the state-backed lender on Wednesday.

Executives:

Chief Risk Officer Juan Colombás bought 50,000 shares at 56.4180 pence each.

Andrew Bester, chief executive of commercial banking, bought 50,000 shares at 55.0170p each.

Chief Financial Officer George Culmer bought 50,000 shares at 56.46p each.

Karin Cook, operations director, bought 17,632 shares at 56.36p each.

Chief People, Legal and Strategy Officer Simon Davies bought 18,099 shares at 55.25p each.

Director of Customer Products and Marketing Vim Maru bought 17,893 shares at 55.886p each.

Antonio Lorenzo, a senior executive, bought 50,000 shares at 50,000 shares at 55.228p each.

David Oldfield, head of retail, bought 17,711 shares at 56.11p each.

Miguel-Ángel Rodríguez-Sola, digital director, bought 50,000 shares at 56.1664p each.

Corporate Affairs Director Matt Young bought 17,582 shares at 56.522p each.

Managers:

Mary Hall bought 18,130 shares at 55.1571p.

Malcolm Wood bought 20,000 shares at 55.3233p each on Thursday.

Janet Pope bought 17,742 shares at 56.01p.

Non-Executive Directors:

Simon Henry bought 100,000 shares at a price of 53.587 pence per share on Thursday.

Alan Dickinson bought 100,000 shares at 56.106p each.

Anita Frew bought 50,000 shares at 54.9728p each, 50,000 shares at 55.0128p each and an additional 50,000 shares at 54.9578p each.

Nick Luff bought 100,000 shares at 56.47p.

Anthony Watson bought 100,000 shares at 55.6890p each.

Sara Weller bought 40,000 shares at 54.9590p each.

Deborah McWhinney bought 23,600 American Depositary Receipts at USD3.0400 and 26,400 ADRs at USD3.0379 each. One ADR equals four shares.

Lloyds ordinary shares closed down 2.6% at 54.06p Thursday.

Snoozebox on Wednesday reported a wider pretax loss in 2015 due to exceptional costs it booked and higher central overheads, but revenue grew on the back of a strong performance from its semi-permanent hotels. The stock closed up 44% at 0.650p Thursday.

The company said Jane Drury, a person connected to Tom Drury, also bought 50,000 shares at the same price. She now holds 3.5 million shares, or a 2.0% stake. In addition, General Counsel Stewart Hamilton bought 8,000 shares at 197.21p each, increasing his interest to 138,710 shares. All the purchases took place on Wednesday. The stock closed up 1.7% at 199.25p Thursday.
