LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Lloyds Banking Group said Chief Operating Officer Karin Cook sold 78,886 shares Tuesday at a price of 82.52 pence per share, worth GBP65,097. Her total shareholding following the sale was undisclosed.
The stock was closed down 0.7% at 82.46p Tuesday.

Brewer SABMiller said The Fairbairn van Kralingen Trust, a trust connected with Tony van Kralingen, sold shares in the company on Monday. SABMiller said the trust sold 15,000 shares in the company for GBP34.5399 each. The trust had sold 10,000 shares in the company for GBP34.006 per share on Thursday last week. Kralingen is SABMiller's director of supply chain and human resources. The stock closed down 0.2% at 3,448.00p Tuesday.

James Cropper said Managing Director of Technical Fibre Products Martin Thompson sold 2,200 shares at a price of 520 pence per share Monday. Thompson's beneficial interest in the company now is 33,432 shares, which represents 0.36% of the issued share capital The stock closed 0.7% lower at 519.0p Tuesday.

Laird said Chief Financial Officer Anthony Quinlan bought 1,000 shares at a price of 397.54 pence per share Monday. The technology company also said Stephanie Quinlan, a connected person, bought 4,000 shares at 396.98p Monday. After the transactions Anthony Quinlan has a beneficial interest in 5,000 shares. The stock was down 0.4% at 395.24p at the close Tuesday.
