LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Online grocer Ocado Group said that Linic, which is closely associated with Ocado Chief Executive Officer Tim Steiner, sold 4.8 million shares at a price of 1,060 pence per share on Friday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Linic now holds in the company following the GBP50.8 million deal.Shares in Ocado closed 0.8% at 1,071.00p.----------Derwent London said that Withers Trust Corp, which is closely associated with Chairman Robert Rayne, sold 10,000 shares in the company. The trust sold the shares at GBP30.45 each, worth GBP304,502. Shares in Derwent closed 0.1% at 3,040.00 pence each. ----------Alcoholic drinks manufacturer and distributor C&C Group said Tuesday that Executive Director Jonathan Solesbury purchased 50,000 shares at a price of EUR3.40 per share on Monday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Solesbury now holds in the Irish company following the EUR170,000 deal. Additionally, Non-Executive Director Jim Clerkin acquired 15,000 shares at EUR3.4499 per share on Friday. Clerkin's holding after the EUR51,748 deal has also not been disclosed. Shares in C&C were closed down 0.9% at EUR3.40.----------Value & Income Trust said Coltstaple Charitable Trust, of which Director Matthew Oakeshott is a trustee, bought 75,000 shares in the company. Coltstaple acquired the shares at 267.50 pence each for a total consideration of GBP200,250. Shares in Value & Income Trust closed up 1.5% at 269.00p each.----------Interdealer broker TP ICAP said Non-Executive Director Edmund Ng bought shares worth approximately GBP57,800 in a deal. Ng purchased 20,000 TP ICAP shares at 289 pence each. Shares closed 2.1% higher at 292.30p apiece.
