LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.----------Land Securities Group said that Non-Executive Director Chris Bartram purchased a total of 5,508 shares in the company.Bartram purchased 4,308 shares at a price of GBP8.9 and 1,200 shares at GBP8.99, for a total of GBP49,139.Shares in Land Securities closed trading up 0.9% at 891.00 pence each.----------easyHotel on Monday said Kerry Lane, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Chairman Jonathan Lane, purchased shares in the company. Lane bought 50,000 shares at a price of GBP1.14 each, for a total of GBP57,344. easyHotel closed trading down 3.1% at GBP1.11 each.----------Healthcare software company Craneware said Chief Executive Officer Keith Neilson purchased 4,848 shares at a price of 3,081.91 pence per share on Friday. Following this GBP149,411 transaction, Neilson now holds 3.4 million shares in Craneware, reflecting a 12.7% stake in the company. Shares in Craneware closed trading up 5.6% at 3,220.00p.----------Agricultural and forestry company Obtala said Chairman Miles Pelham purchased 286 preference shares in Argento Ltd shares at a price of USD350 per share on Friday. These shares are convertible to Obtala ordinary shares with each Argento preference share worth 1,786 Obtala ordinary shares. Argento is Obtala's forestry subsidiary. The Argento 286 preference shares are therefore equivalent to 510,796 shares in Obtala.It has not been disclosed how many shares Pelham now holds in the company following the USD100,100 deal.
