LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday. ----------Kingspan Group said that Chairman Eugene Murtaugh sold EUR40.0 million worth of shares in the company.On Tuesday, Murtaugh sold 1.0 million shares in the Irish building materials company at EUR40 each. Following the sale, Murtaugh owns around 15% of the total issued share capital in the company.Kingspan shares closed 3.8% higher at EUR41.60 each.----------Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust said that Non-Executive Director Julian Sinclair bought GBP49,701 in shares. Sinclair purchased 40,444 shares at 122 pence each. Shares in the investment trust closed 0.4% lower at 122.00p.----------FTSE 100-listed BT Group said that Magdalena Du Plessis, a person closely associated to Chairman Jan Du Plessis, and Non-Executive Director Nick Rose bought 100,000 shares each. On Monday, Magdalena Du Plessis acquired the shares at 204 pence each in a deal worth GBP204,000. Rose also acquired the shares at the same price. The shareholders of the two individuals following the transaction was not disclosed by the company. Shares in the telecommunications giant closed 0.2% lower at 208.00p each.----------Intermediate Capital Group said Chief Finance and Operating Officer Philip Keller sold 150,000 shares. Keller sold the shares at 1,143 pence each in a deal worth GBP1.7 million. After the sale, Keller owns 744,410 shares representing 0.26% of the total issued share capital of the company. Shares in the asset manager closed 0.7% higher at 1,168.00p each.----------Lifestyle and travel platform Ten Lifestyle Group said Non-Executive Director Gillian Davies purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 98.75 pence per share. Davies then purchased a further 10,000 shares at a price of 100.00p each. The two transactions both occurred on Monday. Following this transaction, Davies now holds 20,000 shares in Ten Lifestyle, reflecting a 0.02% stake in the company. Shares in Ten Lifestyle Group closed down 0.5%% at 100.00p each.----------Housebuilder Crest Nicholson Holdings said Non-Executive Director Matthew Bell and Lucinda Bell, with whom he is closely associated, jointly acquired 11,650 shares at a price of 428.4 pence per share on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Matthew and Lucinda Bell now hold in the company following the GBP49,909 deal. Shares in Crest Nicholson closed down 0.8% at 424.80p each.----------JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust said Director Richard Burns purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 698 pence per share on Tuesday.
