LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Asia-focused conglomerate Jardine Matheson Holdings said Director Simon Keswick sold 25,000 shares at a price of USD58.0527 per share on Wednesday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Keswick now holds in the company following the USD1.5 million deal.Shares in Jardine Matheson closed untraded at USD62.35.----------John Laing Environmental Assets Group said Non Executive Chairman Richard Morse purchased 20,493 shares at 102 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Morse now holds in the company following the GBP20,903 deal. Shares in John Laing Environmental closed down 0.5% at 104.00p.----------Financial administration technology company Equiniti Group said Chief Customer Officer Mark Taylor purchased 23,667 shares at a price of 215.71p per share on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Taylor now holds in the company following the GBP51,052 deal. Shares in Equiniti closed up 1.2% at 215.00p. ----------Berkeley Group Holdings said Non-Executive Director Peter Vernon purchased 609 shares at a price of 3,263p per share on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Vernon now holds in the property developer following the GBP19,872 deal. The GBP21,591 deal represents Clark's entire 0.2% stake in Modern Water. Shares in Modern Water closed down 3.8% at 8.80p.----------Oakley Capital Investments said Non-Executive Director Peter Dubens purchased 135,096 shares at a price of 184.5 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this GBP249,252 transaction, Dubens now holds an interest in 9.4 million shares in Oakley Capital Investments, reflecting a 4.6% stake in the company. Shares in Oakley Capital Investments closed down 1.3% at 182.06p.----------Telit Communications said PCGS Holdings, an investment company owned by Telit Executive Chairman Dal Pino and his wife, purchased 200,000 shares at an average price of 165.39 pence each on Monday and Tuesday.
