LONDON (Alliance News) -The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday and Friday.----------IWG said Estorn Ltd, a company wholly owned by Chief Executive Mark Dixon, purchased a total of 1.3 million shares at an average price of 229.9 pence per share on Thursday.The shares were purchased in a number of transactions for a total of GBP2.9 million. Dixon's interest in the office space firm following these purchases has not been disclosed.Shares in IWG closed down 2.2% at 225.00p on Friday.----------Time Out Group said Non-Executive Chairman Peter Dubens acquired shares worth GBP210,000 in the publishing and events firm in a transaction on Thursday. Dubens - chair since 2016 - bought 300,000 shares at 70p each. Shares in Time Out closed up 2.1% at 70.95p on Friday. The total holding of Dubens after the transaction was not disclosed. ----------LoopUp Group said Non-Executive Chairman Barbara Judge bought 9,000 shares in the remote meeting solution firm. Judge acquired the shares at 330.5p each for a total of GBP29,745. Her total holding in the company following the deal is 42,754 shares or 0.08%. LoopUp shares closed down 2.4% at 327.00p each. ----------RPS Group said three of its directors acquired a total of 299,148 shares in the company. Chief Executive Officer John Douglas bought 207,348 shares at 157.97p each for a total of GBP352,547. Finance Director Gary Young acquired 61,800 shares at 157.1p for GBP97,087, while Non-Executive Chairman Ken Lever bought 30,000 shares at 148.64p for GBP44,592. None of the directors' total stakes in the professional services firm following the acquisitions were disclosed. RPS shares closed down 5.3% at 142.00p. ----------U & I Group said Deputy Chief Executive Richard Upton acquired 70,083 share in the real estate development company in two transactions. On Thursday, Upton bought 10,083 shares at a price of 208p each, worth GBP20,973. Subsequently, on Friday, he purchased 60,000 shares at 215p each, totalling GBP129,000. U & I shares closed up 0.7% at 214.00p each.----------Ashtead Group said that Non-Executive Director Ian Sutcliffe purchased 13,933 shares at a price of 1,794.00p on Friday, at a total of GBP249,992. The shares constitute Sutcliffe's entire holding in the company. Shares in the FTSE 100-listed industrial equipment rental firm closed down 1.7% at 1,812.00p.----------Scotgold Resources said that Chairman Nathaniel le Roux purchased 50,000 shares at a price of 27.5p per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Le Roux now holds 22.5 million shares in total, or a 49% stake in the company. Shares in the mineral exploration company closed up 5.3% at 28.96p.----------Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust said Non-Executive Director Julian Sinclair acquired 53,070 shares for GBP63,504 in total over two transactions on Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, 17,570 shares were acquired for 119.5p per share, and 20,000 shares for 120p each. On Friday, 12,500 shares were bought for 119.5p per share, and 3,000 shares for 119p each. Following this transaction, Sinclair now holds 129,714 shares in total. Shares in the trust closed down 0.8% at 118.00p.----------Medical products and technologies company ConvaTec said that Interim Chief Executive Officer Rick Anderson purchased 75,000 shares at a price of 153.6789p per share on Wednesday.
