LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------IWG said that Estorn, which is closely associated with Chief Executive Officer Mark Dixon, acquired 432,326 shares in a series of transactions. Estorn acquired the shares at an average price of 215.7 pence each for a total of GBP932,527. The deal took place on several exchanges including Aquis, CBOE BXE, BATS Chi-X Europe, Turquoise and London Stock Exchange.IWG shares closed down 1.8% at 211.50p. ----------Breedon Group said that Non-Executive Director Peter Cornell bought shares worth GBP100,363 in the company. Cornell acquired 140,000 shares in nine transaction at an average price of 71.69 pence. His total stake in the company following the deal has not been disclosed. Breedon Group shares closed down 1.7% at 70.69p. ----------P2P Global Investments said HAP Ltd acquired shares in the investment trust in a transaction on Tuesday. HAP is 50% owned by Steve Plowman, an employee of P2P Global's investment manager Pollen Street Capital Ltd. The remaining 50% stake in HAP is held by Samantha Plowman, wife of Steve Plowman. HAP bought 9,550 shares at a price of 774.5 pence per share, totalling GBP73,965. P2P Global shares closed up 0.3% at 776.00p each.----------Renishaw said Chief Executive William Lee acquired shares in the engineering company in a transaction on Tuesday. Lee bought 800 shares at a price of 3,727 pence per share, worth GBP29,816. Renishaw shares closed 3.9% lower at 3,670.00p each.----------Essentra said that Non-Executive Director Ralf Wunderlich bought shares worth GBP35,210 in the plastic products supplier. Wunderlich acquired 10,000 shares at GBP3.521 each. His total stake in the company following the purchase was not disclosed.
