Investec said on that Director Glynn Burger sold 321,866 shares in two transactions over two days, for a total of
GBP1.8 million.Burger first sold 160,933 shares at a price of
571.50 pence on Monday at a total of
GBP919,732.The second transaction was for another 160,933 shares for 571.10p each on Tuesday at a total of
GBP919,097.It has not been disclosed how many shares Burger now holds following this transaction.Shares in the FTSE 250-listed bank and wealth manager closed up 0.7% at 563.718p on Thursday.----------
BCA Marketplace said Executive Chairman Avril Palmer-Baunack purchased 13,829 shares at an average price of
150.45 pence per share on Thursday. Following this transaction, she now holds 13.9 million shares in total, representing a 1.74% interest in the company. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed used vehicle marketplace closed up 0.9% at 150.9417p on Thursday.----------
Jackpotjoy said on that two directors purchased shares at a price of

TalkTalk Group said Non-Executive Director Howard Stringer acquired shares worth
GBP50,600 in a transaction on Wednesday. Stringer - non-executive since 2012 - bought 46,000 shares at
110 pence each. Shares in TalkTalk closed 0.5% higher at
