IntegraFin Holdings PLC - Patrick Sweeney, associate of Chief Operating Officer Judith Davidson, sold 200,000 shares at GBP4.90, worth GBP980,000, on Wednesday last week.
IntegraFin also said Tuesday that Executive Director Michael Howard sold GBP40 million in shares. Howard founded the investment platform provider in 1999. He was managing director until 2001, then executive chair until 2017. In a transaction on Monday, Howard sold 8.5 million shares at a price of GBP4.75 each, worth around GBP40 million.

Golden Rock Global PLC - Executive Director Wei Chen sold his entire shareholding, 4.5 million shares, at 9.375p each, worth GBP420,000, on Monday. While Chen no longer holds any shares directly, he is associated with two other founder shareholders, Feng Chen and Hui Zhou, who together 7.4 million shares, a 46% stake. Golden Rock said all undertakings and covenants given by this founder group remain in place. GSB Gold Standard Banking Corp AG, based in Dusseldorf, Germany, purchased Chen's shares, and Golden Rock said it will meet with GSB shortly.

accesso Technology Group PLC - Non-Executive Chair Bill Russell buys 20,000 shares at 345p, worth GBP69,000, on Monday. Russell now holds 30,000 shares, 0.1% of total.

Secure Trust Bank PLC - Chief Financial Officer Neeraj Kapur sold 1,000 shares at 1,556p, and Rachel Kapur sold 1,300 shares at 1,564.5p, both on Friday. The sales were together worth about GBP36,000. Neeraj Kapur is set to leave Secure Trust Bank on March 31 after eight years as CFO to become the new CFO of fellow lender Provident Financial PLC.
