DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: InnovaDerma Chairman Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------InnovaDerma, a developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, said that Executive Chairman Haris Chaudhry sold 775,000 ordinary shares at an average price of GBP1.32 per share in order to satisfy a personal tax requirement due in Australia.Following the sale, Chaudhry has an interest in, including that of the persons closely associated with him, of 5.0 million shares, representing around 35% of the issued share capital of the company.Shares in the company closed at 128.00 pence, down 17%.----------ConvaTec said that Novo Holdings A/S purchased six million shares in the medical company. Kasim Kutay is a non-executive director at CovaTec and chief executive of Novo Holdings. Novo Holdings purchased six million shares at an average price of GBP2.2 per share for a total of GBP13.4 million. Shares in ConvaTec closed up slightly at 229.00 pence each.---------FTSE 250-listed engineering company IMI said that Chairman Robert Smith pruchased GBP60,000 worth of shares. Smith - who was knighted in 1999 and then made a life peer in 2008 - purchased 6,000 shares at a price of GBP10.72 each. Smith's total holding in the company after Thursday's transaction was not disclosed. Shares in IMI closed down slightly at 1,074.00 pence each.----------Challenger Acquisitions said Chief Executive Mark Gustafson has almost doubled his interest in the company. Gustafson bought 750,000 shares last Wednesday at 0.3 pence, as well as 1.3 million shares two days later at the same price. The total cost of the transactions was GBP6,000. Following the deal, he holds 4.2 million shares, worth 1.8% of Challenger's issued share capital. Shares closed were up 24% at 0.42p each.----------Clothing retailer Joules Group said Chief Financial Officer Marc Dench sold shares in a deal worth GBP164,700 in a transaction last Friday. Dench - CFO since 2015 - sold 10,000 shares at 371.00 pence and then a further 35,000 shares at 365.00 pence. After the transaction, Dench held 53,263 shares in the company. Shares closed at 339.00p, down 6.1%.----------Independent Investment Trust said that Non-Executive Director Robert Laing and his wife sold GBP148,000 worth of shares. The couple sold 10,000 shares each at 740.00 pence. Last week, Laing and his wife sold further 20,000 shares at 774.00 pence. Shares in the Independent Investment Trust traded at 752.00 pence, up 2.7%.----------FTSE 100-listed Kingfisher said Tuesday that Chairman Andy Cosslet bought 46,703 shares in the company on Thursday. Cosslet purchased shares at 279.7 pence for a value of GBP130,301. Shares in Kingfisher closed at 287.84p, up 2.4%.----------Focusrite said executives Damian Hawley and Giles Orford sold shares in the company on Friday. Orford, who is the company's marketing director, sold 216,000 shares at 475.00 pence for GBP1.00 million. Hawley, Focusrite's director of global marketing & sales, sold 125,000 shares at the same price for a total of GBP593,750. Shares in the audio software and hardware company closed at 480.00p.----------Scancell Holdings said that it has raised GBP1.2 million through an open offer of 10.1 million shares at a price of 12.0 pence per share. Shares in the immunotherapy developer closed at 11.94p.Two directors have taken part in the placing. Non-Executive Director Kate Cornish-Bowden subscribed for 10,928 shares, meaning she now holds 114,751 shares in total. Development Director Sally Adams acquired 3,095 shares, giving her a total of 61,918 shares in the company. ----------
