DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Independent Investment Trust Chair Sells

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Independent Investment Trust said its Chairman Douglas McDougall sold shares in a transaction on Wednesday.McDougall disposed of 25,000 shares at a price of 743.00 pence each, worth GBP185,750.The stock closed 1.0% lower on Thursday at 744.44p.The company did not specify McDougall's holding, if any, following the transaction. ----------SimplyBiz Group said joint-Chief Executive Officer Matthew Timmins bought GBP42,750 worth of shares. Timmins acquired 25,000 shares at a price of 171.25p per share. The transaction follows yesterday's purchase of 25,000 shares by joint CEO Neil Martin Stevens. After the purchase, Timmins owns 1.6 million shares representing a stake of 2.1% in the UK compliance and business service provider. The company listed in on AIM in March this year. SimplyBiz shares finished down 0.4% at 171.40p on Thursday.----------Redrow said Regional Chief Executive Officer Matthew Pratt and a person closely associated with him, Charlotte Brennan, both sold shares in the housebuilding company in a transaction on Thursday. Pratt disposed of 2,700 shares at a price of 624.70p each, worth GBP16,867. Meanwhile, Brennan sold 5,100 shares at the same price, totalling GBP31,860. The stock closed up 0.5% on Thursday at 627.00p. The company did not provide either Pratt's nor Brennan's holdings, if any, following or before the disposal.----------Public sector services manager Equiniti Group said four of its board members bought or sold shares. Equiniti Chief Executive Officer Guy Wakeley bought 7,179 shares for a total of GBP19,899. Philip Yea, chairman and non-executive director, bought GBP100,695 in shares at a price of GBP2.79 each. On the same day the head of its EQ Paymaster division Richard Williams sold 22,325 shares for a total of over GBP61,000. Finally, Chief Risk Officer Adam Green sold 18,052 shares for GBP50,000. Equiniti Group shares closed at 276.50p each, down by 0.7%.----------
