LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Poundland Group said its incoming Chief Executive Officer Kevin O'Byrne bought around GBP574,782 in the discount retailer's shares on Wednesday, the day he was announced in the role.
O'Byrne bought 321,107 shares at an average price of 179 pence per share, which includes 6,888 shares acquired by his wife, Elaine O'Byrne.
The discount retailer on Wednesday said O'Byrne will begin his role as chief executive designate on April 4 and will then become CEO on July 1. He was previously a director at electronics retailer Dixons Retail, now Dixons Carphone, and at DIY retailer Kingfisher, where he was CEO of B&Q UK and Ireland.
FTSE Russell also confirmed late on Wednesday that Poundland Group will be relegated from the FTSE 250. following completion of its quarterly review. The changes come into effect on March 21.
The stock closed down 2.7% at 165.50p Thursday.

HSBC Holdings said two of the bank's non-executive directors bought shares on Wednesday. Henri de Castries bought 15,000 shares at GBP4.7279 each and Pauline van der Meer Mohr bought 7,000 shares at EUR6.1114 a share. The stock closed down 3.5% at 455.23p Thursday.

Independent Investment Trust said Managing Director Maxwell Ward bought 50,000 shares at 386.50p each Thursday. He now holds 5.2 million shares. The stock closed up 1.1% at 394.68p Thursday.

Insurance provider Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group said Chief Executive Officer Dominic Burke bought shares at a price of 830.695p per share on Thursday. He now holds 305,576 shares. The stock closed down 3.5% at 818.00p Thursday.

Non-Standard Finance said Non-Executive Director Heather McGregor bought 6,385 shares at a price of 72.9p each Thursday. She now holds 43,324 shares in the consumer lender. The stock closed down 1.0% at 72.25p Thursday.

Titon Holdings said Nick Howlett, managing director of its Vent Systems division, sold 25,000 shares at a price of 99 pence per share Wednesday. Following this transaction, Howlett now holds 23,750 shares, which represents 0.22% stake in the firm. Shares in the ventilation products maker closed down 2.5% at 101.85p Thursday.
