LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------
Impellam Group said Non-Executive Chairman Michael Ashcroft bought 1.1 million shares on Monday at a price of
555 pence each.The transaction had a total value of around
GBP6.3 million. In a separate regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company said Ashcroft now holds a 4.42% stake in the firm following Monday's transaction, not giving his holding prior to the transaction.Shares in Impellam closed up 3.0% at 566.50p on Tuesday.----------
Berkeley Group said Divisional Executive Director Karl Whiteman sold 14,500 shares at a price of
3,817.8625 pence each. The transaction had a total value of around
GBP553,590. Whiteman's holding in Berkeley following the disposal was not provided. Shares in Berkeley closed up 1.2% at 3,815.966p.----------
St James's Place said Non-Executive Director Iain Cornish bought 6,500 shares in the company at a price of
1,136 pence each. Shares in the wealth management company closed up 1.5% at 1,134.50p.----------
Big Yellow Group said Non-Executive Director Vincent Niblett bought 3,000 shares in the company at an average of
867.48 pence each. The transaction had a total value of around
GBP26,024. The purchase represents Niblett's beneficial holding in the company, and is less than a 0.01% stake in Big Yellow, the company said. Shares in Big Yellow closed up 1.4% at 860.358p.----------
Personal Assets Trust said Director Robin Angus and a person closely associated with him, Lorna Angus, bought four shares each at a price of
GBP396.65 per share on Monday. The transactions totalled
GBP1,586.60 each. Their respective holdings in the company following the transactions were not disclosed. Shares in Personal Assets Trust closed flat at

Land Securities Group that Non-Executive Director Stacey Rauch bought 500 shares in the company on Monday at a price of
908.40 pence each. The transaction had a total value of
GBP4,542. Rauch's total interest in the company following the purchase was not disclosed. Shares in Land Securities closed up 1.1% at 947.20p.----------
Scholium Group that Non-Executive Director Philip Basil Blackwell sold 573,000 ordinary shares last Friday. Blackwell sold shares at the price of
48.00 pence each, or for a total gain of
GBP275,040. The company, which trades rate books and fine art, did not provide Blackwell's holding, if any, following the transaction. Scholium shares were untraded at 48.00p.----------
Alumasc Group said that non-executive director David Armfield bought 20,000 company's ordinary shares at
130.00 pence each, for a total cost of
GBP26,000 last Friday. The amount of shares held by Armfield after the purchase wasn't disclosed. Alumasc shares closed down 1.1% at 128.10p per share. ----------Television and media content firm
Zinc Media Chief Executive Officer David Galan acquired shares worth
GBP2,991 in a transaction on Monday. Galan - CEO since February, having been chief financial and chief operating officer since 2016 - bought 506,957 shares at
0.59 pence each. After the transaction, Galan held 5.2 million shares or a 0.4% stake in Zinc. Galan also holds options over 12.0 million shares. Shares in Zinc closed 3.8% lower at 0.553p. ----------
