LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Imagination Technologies PLC said Chief Executive Hossein Yassaie purchased 20,000 shares on Thursday at a price of 121.75p per share.
Following the transaction, Yassaie holds a total of 838,543 shares in Imagination Technologies, which equates roughly to a 0.3% stake in the company according to an Alliance News calculation.
The purchase by Yassaie comes only two days after the company warned its operating profit before items for the full year will be lower than its previous expectations after reporting a wider pretax loss and a fall in revenue during the first half.
The software and intellectual property licensing company said its pretax loss widened in the first half ended October 31 to GBP22.7 million from only a GBP10.7 million loss a year earlier as revenue declined to GBP71.1 million from GBP82.2 million.
Imagination Technologies shares closed down 0.6% to 122.74p per share on Thursday.

Postal service Royal Mail Group said its new Chairman Peter Long bought shares having assumed the role in September. Long bought 50,000 shares at 444p each on Wednesday, which is his only holding. The purchase was worth GBP222,000. He is joint chief executive of travel operator TUI Group and has held past non-executive directorships including at RAC, Rentokil Initial and Debenhams. Long will remain co-CEO at TUI until the AGM in February 2016. Royal Mail shares closed up 0.1% at 444.59p Thursday.

Barclays said Chief Operations and Technology Officer Michael Harte sold 375,133 shares at a price of 216.3p per share Wednesday. The deal is worth about GBP810,000 before expenses. His total shareholding was undisclosed. Barclays on Wednesday said it expects to benefit from a GBP480.0 million pretax gain after agreeing to sell its benchmark indices business to Bloomberg LP. Shares in Barclays closed up 1.4% at 218.75p Thursday.

Jupiter Fund Management said Company Secretary Adrian Creedy sold 100,000 shares at a price of 446.92 pence per share Wednesday. Following the transaction, Creedy holds a beneficial interest of 1.6 million shares in the investment manager. Jupiter's shares closed up 2.8% at at 458.18p Thursday.

MJ Gleeson said Harwood Capital LLP, a vehicle connected to Non-Executive Director Chrisopher Mills, sold 615,000 shares at a price of GBP5.3867 per share Wednesday. The deal is worth GBP3.3 million before expenses. Following this transaction, Mills holds a beneficial interest 11.4 million shares, which represents 21.1% stake. Shares in the urban housing regeneration company closed down 1.3% at 538.00p Thursday.

Paragon Entertainment said Chairman Mark Taylor bought 5.5 million shares at a price of 1.631p each through his family trust on Wednesday. Following this transaction, Taylor now holds 10.5 million shares, which represents 5.6% stake in the attractions designer. The stock closed up 8.3% at 1.76p Thursday, having jumped to 1.82p earlier.

Xaar said Chief Executive Officer Doug Edwards bought 4,361 shares at a price of 455.25p per share Wednesday. Following this transaction, Edwards' beneficial interest is 26,085 shares, representing approximately 0.034% of the current issued share capital. The stock closed down 0.1% at 450.00p Thursday.

Following this transaction, Bradfield now holds 122.8 million shares, which represents 8.66% of the issued share capital. Shares in the medical technology company closed up 8.7% at 5.84p Thursday.
