LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday and late on Wednesday.

Mattioli Woods said Chief Executive Ian Mattioli sold 160,000 shares in the company at 639 pence each on Thursday. Following the sale, worth GBP1.0 million, Mattioli now holds a beneficial interest in 3.2 million shares, representing approximately 13% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in Mattioli Woods closed down 0.1% at 638.94p Thursday.

Oil and gas company President Energy said Chairman Peter Levine made his third share purchase in a week on Wednesday. Levine bought 136,389 shares in the company at 6.90 pence per share. The new acquisition comes after Levine had already increased his stake in the company on Friday last week and on Monday. He now owns 117.8 million President Energy shares, or 22% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in President Energy closed up 3.2% to 7.18p Thursday.

Cloud-based software company Synety Group said Chairman Simon Cleaver bought 7,093 shares in the company at 83 pence each. Following this purchase, Cleaver is interested in 778,269 shares, representing approximately 5.8% of the group's issued share capital. Earlier on Thursday, Synety said Chief Executive Mark Seemann bought 3,650 shares at the same price, raising his total holding to 1.4 million shares, or 10% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in Synety closed down 0.6% to 82.00p Thursday.

Active Energy Group said Chief Executive Richard Spinks bought shares in the company on Wednesday. Spinks acquired 175,000 Active Energy shares at 5.5 pence per share, taking his total holding to 10.2 million shares, or 1.8% of the company's issued share capital. Active Energy shares closed up 0.6% to 5.28p on Thursday.

Anglo-South African financial services company Old Mutual said Non-Executive Director Nonkululeko Nyembezi-Heita bought shares in the company on Wednesday. Nyembezi-Heita bought 3,420 shares at 199.50 pence per share. The director now has a total of 13,839 shares. Old Mutual shares closed up 1.0% to 201.62p on Thursday.

Infrastructure project investor International Public Partnerships said Senior Independent Non-Executive Director John Whittle bought shares in the company on October 28. Whittle bought 1,014 shares at 130.88 pence per share, raising his total holding to 52,198 shares. Shares in the company closed up 1.5% to 138.10p on Thursday.

Chinese marine foods and seafood producer Aquatic Foods Group said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Quirk bought shares in the company on Wednesday. Quirk bought 25,000 Aquatic Foods shares at 28.00 pence per share, his only holding in the company. The purchase came a day after the company reported a rise in revenue in the first nine months of 2015, but warned that growth will be at a more modest rate next year than it has been in the past few years. Aquatic Foods shares were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 28.00p.

Africa Opportunity Fund on Wednesday said executive Robert Knapp bought 337,437 C shares Tuesday at a price of USD0.746 per share, his only holding in the company. Shares in Africa Opportunity Fund closed down 1.4% at USD0.73.
