DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: HSBC Private Banking Chief Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------HSBC Holdings said Peter Boyles, chief executive of Global Private Banking, sold 100,000 shares at a price of 672.91 pence each on Tuesday, in a deal worth GBP672,910.It has not been disclosed how many shares Boyles now holds following the transaction.Shares in the FTSE 100-listed financial services company closed up 0.8% at 681.30 pence on Wednesday. ----------Thomas Cook Group said that Chairman Frank Meysman purchased 150,000 shares at an average price of 59.7 pence per share on Tuesday, at a total of GBP89,495. It has not been disclosed how many shares Meysman now holds in total. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed global travel company closed up 0.8% at 60.25 pence on Wednesday.----------Crystal Amber Fund said that Investment Manager Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Ltd purchased and sold shares in the fund at 224.00 pence on Tuesday. 3.8 million shares were bought for GBP8.5 million and 2.4 million shares sold for GBP5.4 million in total. Following these transactions, Crystal Amber Asset Management now has 4.9 million shares in total, reflecting a 5.0% stake. Shares in the fund closed flat at 229.00 pence on Wednesday.----------Media firm Future said its Chief Financial Officer Penny Ladkin-Brand sold shares worth GBP247,500 in a transaction on Monday. Ladkin-Brand - CFO since 2015 - sold 55,000 shares at 450 pence each. Shares in Future closed 6.9% higher at 497.00 pence on Wednesday. The holding of Ladkin-Brand after the transaction was not disclosed.----------
