LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Howden Joinery Group said Director Andrew Witts sold 200,000 shares at a price of 510.25 pence per share on Wednesday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Witts now holds in the company following the GBP1.0 million deal.Shares in Howden Joinery closed down 0.8% at 509.40 pence on Thursday.----------Interserve said Group Chief Executive Debbie White purchased 37,100 shares at a price of 80.43 pence per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares White now holds in the company following the GBP29,839 deal. Shares in Interserve closed down 9.4% at 77.00 pence on Thursday.----------VR Education Holdings said Non-Executive Director Tony Hanway purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 16.0 pence per share on Tuesday, which now makes up his entire shareholding in the company. The transaction cost him GBP16,000. Shares in the virtual reality technology company closed down 6.1% on Thursday afternoon at 15.03p.----------Henderson High Income Trust said Non-Executive Director Jeremy Rigg purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 187.56 pence per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Rigg now holds in the company following the GBP18,756 deal. Shares in the trust were down 0.1% at 187.86 pence on Thursday.----------Ashley House said Maureen Moy, the wife of Non-Executive Director John Moy, purchased 1.9 million shares at a price of 13.23 pence per share on Wednesday for a total of GBP251,370. Following this transaction, Maureen Moy now holds 6.0 million shares in the company, reflecting a 10% holding. Shares in the health care and community care partner closed up 2.3% at 12.99 pence on Thursday.----------Barratt Developments said Chairman John Allan purchased 5,000 shares at a price of 561.516 pence per share on Thursday.
