LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday. ----------HomeServe, a emergency home repairs business, said Director Tom Rusin sold 100,000 shares at 886.80 pence per share.Following the transaction, Rusin holds 377,938 shares in HomeServe, reflecting a 0.1% stake in the company.Shares in HomeServe closed up 0.1% at 891.81 pence each.----------Sophos Group, a security software and hardware provider, said Non-Executive Director Steve Munford sold 106,637 shares at a price of 575.00 pence per share on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Munford now holds in the company following the GBP613,162 deal. Shares in Sophos closed up 1.6% at 583.00 pence each.----------Business turnaround specialist Melrose Industries said Non-Executive Director Justin Dowley, purchased 12,317 shares at a price of 242.20 pence per share on Monday. Following the transaction, Dowley now holds 1.1 million shares in Melrose, reflecting a 0.03% stake in the company. Shares in Melrose closed down 0.3% at 241.38 pence each.----------Echo Energy said Chief Executive Officer Fiona Margaret Barkham purchased 83,333 shares at a price of 12.00 pence per share on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Barkham now holds in the company following the GBP10,000 deal. Shares in the oil and gas company closed at 12.70 pence each, down 12%.----------Croda International said President of Asia Pacific division Nicholas Challoner sold shares in the chemicals company. In a transaction on Wednesday, Challoner disposed 3,675 share at a price of 4,740.00 pence each, worth GBP174,195 in total. Shares in Croda closed 0.1% higher at 4,780.00 pence each. The company did not specify Challoner's holding, if any, following the transaction.---------HarbourVest Global Private Equity said that Non-Executive Director Michael Bunbury bought shares in the company for a total worth GBP178,212. Bunbury bought 14,337 shares at 1,250 pence each per share. Bunbury's total stake following the deal concluded on Thursday was not disclosed. HarbourVest shares closed 0.6% higher at 1,254.00p.----------Thor Mining said Non-Executive Director Paul Johnson bought shares in the exploration company in a transaction on Thursday. Last Friday, the company said it will seek shareholders' approval to issues AUD550,000 worth of shares to help fund the acquisition of Australian copper and tungsten assets from Rox Resources Ltd.----------Rockrose Energy said that Managing Director Peter Mann and Non-Executive Director Richard Benmore bought shares for a total combined worth of GBP68,262. Benmore acquired 3,407 shares at 438 pence each and 4,499 shares at 442p, for a total of GBP34,807. Mann bought the 7,691 shares at 435p per share for a total of GBP33,455. The two directors' total stake in the company following the deal, completed on Wednesday, was not disclosed. Rockrose shares closed down 4.1% at 394.00p.----------Cranswick said its Commercial Director James Brisby and his spouse Christie sold shares in the food company. In a transaction on Thursday, James disposed 16,578 shares at a price of 3,264.12 pence each, worth GBP541,126, while Christie sold 8,894 share at the same price, totalling GBP290,310. Shares in the meat producer closed up 2.3% at 3,370.00p.----------ITE Group said its Chief Executive Officer Mark Shashoua and Chairman Richard Last acquired shares in exhibitions and conferences organising firm, both on Thursday. Shashoua obtained 230,000 shares at 132.70 pence each, worth GBP305,210, while Last purchased 56,750 shares at a price of 131.5p, totalling GBP74,626. Shares in ITE closed 3.1% higher at 138.00p each. Last Tuesday ITE reported a fall in interim profit amid restructuring costs, but revenue rose. ----------Georgia Healthcare Group said Thursday Non-Executive Director Ingeborg Oie purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 299.9 pence per share on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Oie now holds in the company following the GBP29,990 deal.
