DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Hiscox Chairman Robert Childs Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Insurer Hiscox said that Chairman Robert Childs and his wife Mary Childs sold GBP1.2 million worth of shares in the company on Monday.Chairman Childs sold 40,000 ordinary shares at 1,500.5 pence share. Mary Childs sold 40,000 shares at 1,500.5p each.Two trusts - owned by the chairman and his wife respectively - also sold 500 shares each in the company at the same price.Robert Childs and persons closely associated with him remains interested in 1.3 million shares, the company said. Shares in the company closed down 0.4% at 1,501.85p on Tuesday.----------Maistro said Chairman David Rowe bought 500,000 shares in the company at a price of 4.6 pence each on Tuesday. Following the transaction - which had a total value of GBP23,000 - Rowe's total shareholding is 11.6 million shares, representing a 6.5% stake. Shares in Maistro closed down 2.5% at 4.511p.----------Ecofin Global Utilities Infrastructure Trust said that Director Martin Negre bought 72,389 shares at a price of 116 pence each. The director's total holding following the purchase was not disclosed. Shares in the trust closed at 116.00p. ----------Land Securities Group said that Non-Executive Director Nicholas Cadbury bought GBP24,791 worth of shares on Tuesday. Cadbury acquired 2,700 shares at 918.2 pence per share. His total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed. Shares in the real estate company closed down 0.3% at 918.461p.----------Bgeo Group said that Chief Financial Officer Giorgi Alpaidze sold GBP42,446 worth of shares in the company. Alpaidze sold 1,199 shares at 3,540p per share on Monday. His total shareholding, if any, following the sale was not disclosed. The Georgian financial services company also said Non-Executive Director Hanna Loikkanen bought 800 shares for 3,528p per share on the same day. The director's total holding was not disclosed. Shares in the company closed at 1.0% at 3,506.00p.----------Warehouse REIT said Non-Executive Chairman Neil Kirton purchased shares in UK-based investment company in transaction on Tuesday. Kirton bought 175,000 shares at 100.00 pence per share, worth GBP175,000. The company did not provide Kirton's holding, if any, prior the transaction. Warehouse REIT shares closed at 101.00p each, up 1.0%.----------Inmarsat said that Senior Independent Director Abraham Peled bought a total of 9,650 shares in the satellite telecommunications firm. In transaction on Monday, Peled acquired 4,850 shares at a price of USD5.80 and 4,800 shares at USD5.85, totalling in USD56,210. The company did not provide Peled's holding, if any, prior the transaction. Inmarsat shares closed at 386.70p, down 5.6%.----------Jersey Oil & Gas said Chief Operating Officer Ronald Lansdell bought shares in exploration company ‎focused on the UK Continental Shelf region of the North Sea in transaction on Monday. Lansdell purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 189.45 pence per share, worth GBP47,363. Following the transaction, Lansdell had a 4.2% holding, representing 925,000 shares. Jersey Oil and Gas shares closed at 189.00p, down 1.1%.----------Avacta Group said its Chief Executive Officer Alastair Smith bought shares in the biotechnology company in transaction. Smith purchased 35,800 shares at a price of 41.92 pence per share, worth GBP15,007. After transaction, Amith held 0.9% interest, representing 606,309 shares. In addition, Smith has a joint interest in 1.6 million shares in the share capital of the company. Avacta shares closed at 40.10p, up 0.3%.----------Raven Russia said that Executive Deputy Chairman Anton Bilton purchased shares in the property investment company in transaction on Monday. Bilton bought 1.0 million shares at a price of 46.15 pence per share, worth GBP461,500. Following the transaction, Bilton and his immediate family held 6.4% interest in the company, representing 42.4 million shares. Raven Russia shares closed at 44.50p, down 7.3%.----------Russian steelmaker Evraz said that Chief Financial Officer Nikolay Ivanov sold shares worth GBP177,528 in a transaction on Monday. Ivanov sold 40,000 shares in the FTSE 100-listed firm at a price of GBP4.44 per share. It gave no details as to his holding prior to, or after, the transaction. Evraz shares closed at 444.20p, down 0.9%.----------Mayan Energy said its Chief Executive Eddie Gonzalez bought 2.2 million shares in the company in a transaction on Monday. Gonzalez bought the shares at 0.870 pence per share, for a total cost of GBP19,140. Shares in the company closed flat at 0.85p.----------Quartix Holdings said its vehicle tracking systems Development Director Peter Brown sold shares in the company in a transaction on Monday. Brown sold 10,000 shares at 363.50 pence each, worth GBP36,350. Following the transaction, Brown holds a 0.24% interest, representing 115,000 shares, the company said. Quartix shares closed at 363.75p, down 1.2%.----------
