LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday and Wednesday.----------Herald Investment Trust said Non-Executive Director Ian Russell purchased 7,500 shares at a price of 1,343.75 pence per share on Wednesday.Russell's stake in the FTSE 250-listed investor following the GBP100,781 deal has not been disclosed.Shares in Herald Investment closed up 0.4% at 1,350.00 pence.----------Metro Bank said that Executive Director David Arden purchased 3,400 shares at a price of 2,894.00 pence per share on Tuesday, at a total of GBP98,396. It has not been disclosed how many shares Arden now holds following this transaction. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed financial services firm closed up 2.8% at 2,992.00p.----------Non-Standard Finance said that Executive Director Miles Cresswell-Turner purchased 83,000 shares at a price of 60.0 pence per share on Wednesday, for a total of GBP49,800. Following this transaction, Turner now holds 833,780 shares in total. Shares in the consumer finance company closed down 0.9% at 58.00p.----------Petrofac said Non-Executive Director David Davies purchased 15,651 shares at a price of 638.85 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this GBP99,987 transaction, Davies now holds an interest in 16,066 shares in the oil & gas services company. Shares in Petrofac closed down 0.3% at 635.03p.----------IP Group said that Non-Executive Director Heejae Chae purchased 16,073 shares at a price of 124.43 pence per share on Wednesday. This now makes up Chae's entire holding in the company, representing less than a 0.01% interest. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed intellectual property-based business developer closed up 3.8% at 130.60p.----------Hastings Group Holdings said that Chief Executive Officer Toby van der Meer has sold 129,536 shares at a price of 269 pence per share on Tuesday. Meer's holding in the company following the transaction has not been disclosed. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed insurance provider closed down 2.3% at 263.20p.----------
