LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Halfords Group said that Chair Keith Williams purchased GBP191,000 in shares on Wednesday.Williams bought 80,000 shares at a price of 239.50 pence per share.It has not been disclosed how many shares Williams now holds.Shares in the bike and car parts retailer closed down 0.1% at 239.80 pence on Thursday.----------Jersey Oil & Gas said that Chair Marcus Stanton has purchased shares in the company for GBP17,320 in total on Thursday. Stanton bought 10,000 shares for 173.20 pence per share. Following this transaction, Stanton now holds 49,192 shares overall, reflecting a 0.2% stake in the company. Shares in the oil & gas company closed down 0.3% at 174.50 pence on Thursday.----------Value & Income Trust said that the AIL Pension Scheme, of which Executive Director Matthew Oakeshott is a beneficiary, purchased GBP103,200 in shares on Wednesday. The AIL Pension Scheme bought 40,000 shares at 258.00 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Oakeshott now holds following this transaction. Shares in the trust closed up 0.4% at 260.96 pence on Thursday.----------
