LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Halfords Group said that Chief Financial Officer Loraine Woodhouse bought GBP29,836 worth of shares. Woodhouse acquired 14,074 shares at 212.0 pence each in the bike retailer. The CFO's total stake in the company following Friday's deal was not disclosed. Halfords shares closed down 1.3% at 214.00p on Friday afternoon. ----------Hilton Foods Group said Executive Chair Robert Watson sold shares in the food processing and packaging company worth GBP475,000 in a transaction on Thursday. Watson - exec chair since July, having been chief executive since 2002 - sold 50,000 shares at 950 pence each. Shares in Hilton ended 1.7% lower at 952.00 pence on Friday. The holding of Watson - if any - after the transaction was not disclosed. The sale came the same day that Hilton reported 2018 results were in line with its expectations after it saw a "continuation of the strong year-on-year sales growth driven by Seachill and our operations in Australia and reflecting growth in a number of existing and new markets."----------C&C Group said Chief Executive Officer Stephen Glancey acquired shares worth EUR90,000 in the drinks-maker in a transaction on Thursday after delivering an upbeat trading update. Glancey - CEO since 2012 - bought 30,000 shares at EUR3.00 each. Shares in C&C were 0.2% higher at EUR3.16 on Friday. The holding of Glancey after the transaction was not disclosed. The share purchase came shortly after C&C - which makes Magners, Bulmers and Orchard Pig cider - reported it expected to meet its full year expectation after good trading over the Christmas period. This was helped by "very strong" trading from its recently acquired wholesale Matthew Clark and Bibendum businesses.----------
