LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

Gulfsands Petroleum said it raised GBP14.2 million in its recent open offer, with a total of 354.8 million shares subscribed for under the offer.
The company had offered shares at a price of 4.0 pence per open offer share, on the basis of 3.01 open offer shares for every one existing share held.
Gulfsands received valid acceptances for 151.76 million shares from shareholders, and a further subscription for a total of 203.1 million shares by Waterford Finance & Investment Ltd and Richard Griffiths' Blake Holding Ltd.
A number of non-executive directors subscribed for shares, with Andrew West applying for 421,833 shares, Andrew Morris for 240,800 shares, Joe Darby for 75,250 shares, and James Ede-Golightly applying for 60,200 shares. Following the subscription the non-executives shareholdings in the company were all less than 1.0%.
Shares in Gulfsands closed down 3.5% at 3.50p Wednesday.

Bango said Chief Marketing Officer Anil Malhotra sold 20,000 shares at a price of 105p per share last Thursday. The sale was conducted in order to use his and his spouse's annual Capital Gains Tax Allowances for the tax year 2015/2016, Bango said in a statement. After the sale Malhotra holds four million shares equating to a 6.2% stake. Shares in the mobile device software developer closed down 4.3% 100.50p Wednesday.

Concha said Non-Executive Director Mark Horrocks sold 1.0 million shares at a price of 0.85p per share on Wednesday. The company also said he sold 5.0 million shares at 0.845p each on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Horrocks now holds 8.3 million shares, which equates to a 0.53% stake. Shares in the media, communications and technology focused investment company closed down 9.1% at 0.750p Wednesday.

Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust said that Non-Executive Director Mary Sieghart purchased 1,470 shares on Tuesday at GBP6.78125 per share. Sieghart now holds 5,918 shares in the trust. The stock closed up 0.1% at 673.50p Wednesday
