DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Georgia Capital CEO Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Investment company Georgia Capital said Chief Executive Officer Irakli Gilauri purchased 17,500 shares at a price of 989 pence per share on Monday and a further 33,762 shares at 990p on Tuesday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Gilauri now holds in the company following the GBP507,319 deal.Shares in Georgia Capital closed trading up 1.8% at 1,007.40p.----------Drug development company Proteome Sciences said Non-Executive Director Martin Diggle purchased 601,582 shares at a price of 3.60 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this GBP21,657 transaction, Diggle now holds 59.3 million shares in Proteome, reflecting a 20% stake in the company. Shares in Proteome closed trading down 5.0% at 3.63p.----------Sanditon Investment Trust said its investment manager, Tim Russell, purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 80.25 pence on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Russell now holds in the company following the GBP20,063 deal. Shares in Sanditon closed up 1.2% at 82.25p.----------Bookmaker William Hill said Chairman Roger Devlin purchased 77,490 shares at a price of 256.79 pence per share on Tuesday - worth GBP198,987. The purchase is Devlin's only holding in William Hill having assumed the chairmanship in February. Shares in William Hill closed up 2.8% at 263.60p.----------Laser-guided equipment manufacturer Somero Enterprises said Chairman Lawrence Horsch sold 46,000 shares at a price of 412.9565 pence per share on Friday. Following this GBP189,960 transaction, Horsch now holds 46,000 shares in Somero, reflecting a non-significant stake in the company. Shares in Somero Enterprises closed up 2.6% at 428.50p.----------Supermarket chain J Sainsbury said Retail & Operations Director Simon Roberts purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 319.434 pence per share on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Roberts now holds in the company following the GBP31,943 deal. Shares in J Sainsbury closed trading up 1.1% at 323.50p.----------
