DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Gama Aviation Non-Executive Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Gama Aviation said Non-Executive Director Nigel Payne bought 15,000 shares at a price of 165 pence per share on Monday.

Gama Aviation on Monday said it swung to a profit in the first half of 2016 thanks to a decrease in costs and exceptional charges it booked, but revenue declined due to challenging conditions in Europe.

The stock closed down 8.6% at 165.00p Monday.

Informa said Non-Executive Director David Flaschen bought 500 American Depositary Receipts at USD19.145 each on Friday. Following this transaction, Flaschen now holds a total of 3,500 ADRs. One ADR equals two ordinary shares. The stock closed down 0.1% at 730.50p Monday.

Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group said a group of senior executives bought around 1.1 million shares at a price of 7.75p per share.

Chairman Michael Tobin bought 130,000 shares on Monday and now holds 1.1 million shares. In addition, Chief Executive Andrew Walwyn, Chief Financial Officer Frank Waters and Non-Executive Director Rodger Sargent each bought 322,581 shares on Friday.

After the purchases, Walwyn, Waters and Sargent hold 49.3 million, 4.2 million and 9.5 million shares, respectively.

Shares in the rural and last-mile satellite broadband services provider closed up 1.0% at 8.08p Monday.

Polypipe Group said Chairman Ronald Marsh bought 75,000 shares at a price of 278.85p per share Monday. Marsh's total shareholding was undisclosed. Shares in the plastic piping systems maker closed down 0.5% at 277.70p Monday.

Real Estate Investors said Chief Executive Officer Paul Bassi bought 20,000 shares at a price of 58.5p per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Bassi holds 10.0 million shares, or a 5.4% stake in the group. In addition, Finance Director Marcus Daly bought 20,000 shares at the same price. He now holds 1.5 million shares, or a 0.8% stake. On Monday, the company said demand for property in the Midlands has continued to remain robust post-the Brexit vote, but swung to an interim loss due to a property revaluation loss. Shares in the Birmingham based property group closed up 5.4% at 59.00p Monday.

Avon Rubber said Non-Executive Director Pim Vervaat bought 1,000 shares at a price of 990.46p per share Monday. Vervaat's holding in the design and engineering company was undisclosed. The stock closed up 0.6% at 987.00p Monday.

TyraTech said Chief Financial Officer Erica Boisvert bought 100,000 shares at a price of USD0.0285 each last Wednesday. Following this transaction, Boisvert is interested in 600,000 shares, or a 0.2% stake in the insect and parasite control products company. The stock closed down 0.5% at 1.99p Monday.
