LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.----------Fundsmith Emerging Equities Trust said that Terry Smith, its portfolio manager, bought 50,000 shares.Smith purchased the shares at 1,080 pence each for a total of GBP540,000. Following the purchase, his total stake in the company was not disclosed. Fundsmith shares closed up 1.9% at 1,100.00p. ----------Produce Investments said that Non-Executive Director Rob Johnston bought 10,000 shares on Friday last week. Johnston acquired the shares at 190p each for GBP19,000. His total stake following the deal was not disclosed. Produce Investments shares closed flat at 190.00p.----------Scottish Oriental Smaller Co Trust said that Director Jeremy Whitley bought 7,000 shares in two transactions. Whitley acquired the first 5,000 shares at 888p for GBP44,400. He then bought 2,000 shares at 882p for GBP17,640. His total stake following the GBP62,045 deal was not disclosed. Scottish Oriental shares closed up 0.5% at 878.0p.----------Standard Life UK Smaller Cos Trust said that Director Ashton Bradbury bought 10,000 shares in the company. Bradbury purchased the shares at 439.45p each for a total of GBP43,945. His total stake following the deal was not disclosed. Standard Life UK Smaller Companies shares closed up 1.4% at 436.00p. ----------Lloyds Banking Group said Non-Executive Director James Lupton purchased 250,000 shares at a price of 57.17p per share on Friday. Lupton's total holding in the bank following the GBP142,925 transaction has not been disclosed. Shares in Lloyds Banking Group closed 0.6% at 57.18p.----------Speciality chemical firm Elementis said Chief Executive Paul Waterman purchased 10,000 shares at a price of USD2.55 per share on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Waterman now holds in the company following the USD25,500 acquisition. On Thursday, Senior Independent Director Nick Salmon bought 5,000 shares at 203.4485p for a total of GBP10,172. Shares in Elementis closed up 1% at 197.70p.----------Publishing and events firm Time Out Group said Non-Executive Chairman Peter Dubens purchased 300,000 shares at a price of 70p per share on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Dubens now holds in the company following the GBP210,000 deal. This follows an identical purchase of 300,000 shares at the same price on Thursday. Shares in Time Out closed down 1.4% at 69.50p.----------Renishaw said that Director & General Manager Mark Moloney bought shares in the company worth GBP20,405. Moloney purchased 530 shares at 3,850p each. His total stake in the company following the acquisition was not disclosed. Renishaw shares closed up 2.2% at 3,952.0p. ----------Essentra said that Chief Executive Officer Paul Forman bought shares in the company worth GBP74,100. Forman purchased 20,000 shares at 370.5p each. Following the purchase, his total stake in the company was not disclosed. Essentra shares closed up 0.1% at 365.40p.----------Gateley Holdings said that Non-Executive Chairman Nigel Payne bought shares in the company worth GBP24,875. Payne purchased 16,819 shares at 147.9p each. Following the purchase, his total stake in the company is 55,926 shares representing a 0.05% stake.
