LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Frontier Developments said that Joy Hu, the wife of Non-Executive Director James Mitchell, bought shares worth GBP329,719 in the company.Hu acquired 27,574 shares in two transactions, the first 13,000 at 1,189.4 pence and the remaining 14,574 at 1,201.4p.Following these transactions, Mitchell and Hu are interested in a total of 47,566 shares, representing 0.123% of the company. Shares in the videogame creator closed up 0.4% at 1,200p. ----------VPC Specialty Lending Investments said that Director Clive Peggram bought 63,500 shares in the company. Peggram acquired the shares at 78.3 pence each for a total of GBP49,720. VPC shares closed up 0.5% at 78.00p. ----------Midwich Group said Finance Director Stephen Lamb bought 4,831 shares in four transactions. Lamb, who is now interested in 5,000 shares, bought the shares at an average price of 656.98 pence for a total of GBP31,691. Shares in the specialist AV and document solutions distributor closed down 3.0% at 657.50p. ----------Carpetright said that its Chief Executive Officer Wilf Walsh acquired 222,000 shares in the company. Wilf bought the shares in the carpet retailer at 18 pence each for a total of GBP39,960. His total holding following the deal represents 0.24% of the company with 734,428 shares. Carpetright shares closed down 2.7% at 18.30p each. ----------Ocado Group said Monday that Executive Director Luke Jensen bought 12,658 shares in the online grocer. Jensen bought the shares at an average of 789.90 pence for a total of GBP99,986. His total holding following the deal was not disclosed.
