LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Marshalls said Susan Allner, a person connected to Chairman Andrew Allner, bought 7,870 shares on Friday.
The shares were bought in two separate transactions, with 3,943 shares purchased at 253.58 pence per share, and 3,927 shares at 254.45 pence per share.
Following the purchases, Andrew Allner has a beneficial interest in 49,199 shares.
Marshalls also said Chief Executive Officer Martyn Coffey bought 10,000 shares at 212.09 pence per share Monday. He now holds 156,177 shares.
Nina Clarke, a connected person of Finance Director Jack Clarke, bought 4,688 shares at a price of 213.30 pence per share Monday. Following this transaction, the Clarkes now hold 5,345 shares.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Janet Ashdown bought 5,310 shares at 204.42 pence per share Monday. She now holds 11,210 shares.
Shares in the concrete block paving manufacturer closed down 16% at 213.00p Monday.

Royal Mail Group said Chairman Peter Long bought 50,000 shares at a price of 471.4 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Long now holds 100,000 shares. Shares in the postal operator closed down 7.4% at 470.18p Monday.

Life insurer Prudential said Non-Executive Director Adair Turner bought 1,500 shares at 1,178 pence each on Monday. After the purchase Turner now holds 3,500 shares. He is the former head of City regulator, the Financial Services Authority, the body which preceded the Financial Conduct Authority. Financial services stocks have come under selling pressure in the aftermath of last week's Brexit vote. Prudential shares closed down 10% at 1,107.76 pence on Monday.

FTSE 100 housebuilder Taylor Wimpey said Non-Executive Director Kate Barker bought 20,000 shares at a price of 134.7672 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Barker now holds 60,000 shares. The outcome of last week's vote to leave the European Union propelled the UK into political uncertainty, hitting shares in housebuilders. Taylor Wimpey's stock closed down 16% at 113.98p, one of the worst performers in the FTSE 100.

Derwent London said Non-Executive Director Simon Fraser bought 2,000 shares at a price of 2,818 pence per share Friday. The purchase is Fraser's only holding in the property company. The stock closed down 13% at 2,246.36p Monday.

GKN said Phil Swash, chief executive of its Driveline division, bought 8,018 shares at a price of 260.4 pence per share Monday. Following this transaction, Swash now holds 100,607 shares, which represents 0.0059% stake in the engineering company. The stock closed down 3.2% at 268.99p Monday.

British American Tobacco on Monday said Ricardo Oberlander, director for the Americas region, sold 1,000 shares at a price of 4,218.99 pence per share last Tuesday. Following this transaction, Oberlander has a total beneficial and family interest in 57,628 shares. The tobacco stock closed up 1.2% at 4,437.10p Monday.

In addition on Monday, WPP said Non-Executive Director Sally Susman bought 500 ADRs at USD106.4599 per ADR Friday. Following this purchase, Susman's holding is now 1,000 ADRs. One ADR is equivalent to five ordinary shares. The company's ordinary shares closed down 3.2% in London at 1,476.00 pence Monday.
