DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Flowtech Fluidpower Team Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday and late on Monday.

Fluid power products distributor Flowtech Fluidpower said a series of its directors bought a total of 50,000 shares in the company on Monday.

Chairman Malcolm Diamond bought 10,000 shares in the company for 108.00 pence per share, while Senior Non-Executive Director Nigel Richens bought 10,000 shares at the same price. Diamond and Richens each own 35,000 shares in the company. Sean Fennon, chief executive, bought 20,000 shares at 107.25p per share, while Chief Financial Officer Bryce Brooks bought 10,000 at the same price as Fennon. Fennon now owns 209,000 Flowtech Fluidpower shares, while Brooks owns 91,000.

Flowtech Fluidpower shares closed down 2.3% to 105.00p on Tuesday.

Euromoney Institutional Investor said Diane Alfano, a board member and divisional director, sold 3,038 shares in the company at 957.76 pence each. The sale, which occurred on Thursday last week, leaves Alfano with a 0.06% stake in Euromoney, equivalent to 74,968 shares.

The sale occurred as Euromoney revealed a new board structure, with recently appointed Executive Chairman Andrew Rashbass to become the company's chief executive officer. That news came as the company reported a fall in adjusted pretax profit in its last financial year. The company had previously said that Alfano would not be seeking re-election as an executive director at the company's annual meeting of shareholders in January 2016.

Shares in Euromoney closed up 0.4% at 934.00p on Tuesday.

Housebuilder Bovis Homes Group said Non-Executive Chairman Ian Tyler bought shares in the company on Monday. Tyler bought 2,000 shares at 893.00 pence per share, his only holding in the company. Tyler was chief executive of construction firm Balfour Beatty PLC from 2005 until March 2013 and joined Bovis as chairman in November 2013. Shares in Bovis ended down 2.3% to 877.00p on Tuesday.

Contracts-for-difference trader Plus500 said Non-Executive Director Daniel King bought shares in the company on Tuesday. King acquired 13,259 shares at 339.38 pence per share. The purchase came a day after Playtech PLC, the FTSE 250-listed gaming software company, pulled out of its GBP459.0 million deal to acquire Plus500 amid concerns the deal was not set to secure necessary approvals from the Financial Conduct Authority by the end of 2015. Shares in Plus500 closed up 11% to 366.00p on Tuesday.

John Laing Environmental Assets Group said Chairman Richard Morse bought shares in the company on Monday. Morse bought 23,250 shares at 105.249 pence per share, taking his total holding up to 83,042 shares in the environmental infrastructure investor. Shares in the company closed down 0.2% to 105.00p on Tuesday.

Marwyn Value Investors said Chairman Robert Ware acquired 50,000 shares in the company on Monday. Ware bought the shares for 214.5 pence per share, giving the transaction an aggregate value of GBP107,250. His holding in the investor is now 442,504 shares. Shares in Marwyn closed up 0.5% to 216.00p on Tuesday.

Ocean Wilsons Holdings said Chairman José Francisco Gouvêa Vieira bought GBP135,625 in shares in the company on Monday. Vieira bought 17,500 shares at 775.00 pence per share, raising his total holding to 170,100 shares. Shares in the Bermuda-based investment company, which through a subsidiary operates as a maritime services company in Brazil, closed up 1.6% to 790.00p on Tuesday.

Aberdeen Asian Income Fund said Chairman Peter Arthur bought shares in the company on Wednesday last week. Arthur bought 241 shares at 155.0 pence per share. The company said Arthur also bought 318 shares at a price of 157.341 pence Monday. Following these transactions Arthur has 47,048 shares in the company, or a less than 1.0% stake. Shares in the fund closed up 0.2% to 157.50p on Tuesday.

Murray International Trust said Independent Non-Executive Director David Hardie and his wife bought shares in the trust on Wednesday last week. Hardie and his wife bought a total of 52 shares at 842.40 pence per share, raising his beneficial holding to 4,274 shares. Shares closed down 1.4% at 833.50p Tuesday.

Animalcare Group said that Chairman James Lambert sold 10,000 shares in the company at 254 pence each on Friday last week. Lambert now owns 1.4 million shares in the company, equivalent to a 6.7% stake. Shares in Animalcare closed down 6.2% at 236.00p on Tuesday.
