Experian said Chief Operating Officer Kerry Williams sold 55,857 shares at a price of
USD22.5655 each last Wednesday, in a deal worth about
USD1.3 million. Williams's total shareholding was not disclosed.Shares in the credit checking agency closed down 1.8% at
1,512.50 pence Monday. ----------FTSE 250-listed
TP ICAP said Non-Executive Director Roger Perkin bought 5,000 shares at a price of
462.67 pence per share Friday. His total shareholding was not disclosed. Shares in the interdealer broker closed down 2.1% at 451.00p Monday. ----------
Restore said that Chairman Martin Towers has agreed to buy 10,000 shares at a price of
510 pence per share, as part of a company share placing to raise funds to buy TNT Business Solutions. Following the planned transaction, Towers will hold 15,000 shares in Restore. Restore is to buy TNT Business Solutions, the records management business of TNT UK, which is in turn owned by FedEx Corp, for
GBP88.0 million on a cash and debt free basis. To part fund this, Restore is to place up to 10.1 million new shares at 510.00p each to raise up to
GBP51.5 million. This will take place upon completion, expected on the first day of May, with the placing run by Cenkos Securities. Shares in the office services provider closed up 7.4% at 507.00p Monday. ----------
Hollywood Bowl Group said Non-Executive Director Ivan Schofield, together with his wife, bought 25,000 shares at a price of
197.5 pence per share on Friday. His total shareholding was not disclosed. Shares in the ten-pin bowling operator closed up 2.3% at 202.00p Monday.----------
GETECH Group said Non-Executive Director Peter Stephens bought 250,000 shares at a price of
26.50 pence each on Friday. Following this transaction, Stephens now holds 1.9 million shares, which represents a 5.0% stake in the firm. Shares in the geoscience services company closed up 10% at 29.00p Monday. ----------FTSE 100-listed
SEGRO said Non-Executive Director Carol Fairweather bought 12,000 shares at a price of
584.65 pence per share Friday. The purchase is Fairweather's only holding since being appointed in December. She previously served as chief financial officer of fashion house Burberry Group. Shares in the warehouse property investor closed down 0.9% at 584.40p Monday. ----------
Sabien Technology Group said it has raised
GBP400,000 in gross proceeds in a share placing, with Chairman Bruce Gordon subscribing to 14.8 million of the 80.0 million shares offered. Sabien issued the shares at a price of
0.5 pence each, a 25% premium to its closing price on Thursday last week of 0.4p. Shares closed up 25% on Monday at 0.50p. Gordon's participation has raised his stake to 44.8 million shares, worth 24% of Sabien's enlarged share capital. Sabien also said it has appointed Peterhouse Corporate Finance as its sole broker, effective immediately. ----------
Henry Boot said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Sykes sold 120,000 non-beneficial shares at a price of
305.0751 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Sykes now holds a total beneficial interest in 20.8 million shares. Henry Boot on Friday posted a sharp increase in revenue and pretax profit for the year end 2017 due to the high returns from ongoing projects, including Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre. Shares in the construction company closed down 1.6% at 300.00p Monday.----------
