LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Essentra said Brett York, president of its Americas operations, sold 6,594 shares at a price of 4.61 pence each, or a total of GBP30,425, on Thursday.
Of these shares, 3,099 were sold to settle tax liability and other costs.
York's subsequent shareholding was not disclosed.
Shares in Essentra closed down 0.1% at 461.00p Friday.

Evraz said Chairman Alexander Abramov sold 2.2 million shares at 220.89 pence each on Thursday.
Shares in Evraz closed up 1.3% at 221.80 pence Friday.

WANdisco said Chief Executive and Interim Chairman David Richards sold 23,920 shares at a price of 200 pence each Wednesday, and 25,000 shares at 195p each Thursday.
Following this, Richards holds 2.6 million shares, or around a 7.0% stake in the company.
Chief Financial Officer Erik Miller bought 10,000 shares at 205p per share Thursday. Following this purchase Miller holds 10,000 shares in the company, or a less than 1.0% stake.
Shares in WANdisco closed down 1.0% at 198.10p Friday

Acorn Income Fund said Non-Executive Director David Warr bought 30,000 shares at 358.92 pence each on Thursday. Warr's subsequent shareholding was not disclosed. Shares in Acorn Income closed down 1.1% at 355.00p Friday.

SOCO International said Non-Executive Director Mike Watts bought 4,068 shares at GBP1.574 each. Following this, Watts now holds 133,897 shares representing 0.04% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in SOCO closed up 0.8% at 159.50p on Friday.

Ingento said Chief Financial Officer Alan Moug sold 18,700 shares at a price of 165.0 pence per share. Following the transaction Moug holds 583,095 shares, around a 3.4% stake.
Additionally, Ingenta said Kestrel Partners LLP bought 33,000 shares in the company at 165.0p a share. Ingenta Non-Executive Director Matthew Royde is a partner in Kestrel Partners LLP, as well as a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities which is managed by Kestrel.
Following the transaction Kestrel Opportunities has a holding of 3.4 million shares in the company, in which Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest.

Oakley Capital Investments said its Non-Executive Director Caroline Foulger has purchased 61,000 shares in the company on Friday.
The shares were purchased at 164.50 pence each, leaving Foulger with a 0.03% stake in the company.
Shares in Oakley Capital Investments closed up 1.1% at 163.75p Friday.
