DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Dunelm Deputy Chairman To Sell 3% Stake

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Dunelm Group said Deputy Chairman Will Adderley will sell a 3% stake in the furniture and homewares retailer through an accelerated bookbuild, potentially worth about GBP57.0 million before expenses.

The 6.0 million shares that are being put up for sale are held by WA Capital, a company controlled by Adderley, who has told the company he is selling the shares to allow for "greater portfolio diversification".

If all those shares are sold, Adderley would be interested in 57.3 million shares, representing a 28.3% stake in the company. The Adderley family will remain interested a combined 105.4 million shares, which is equal to a 52% stake.

"Will Adderley remains fully committed to Dunelm in his role as deputy chairman as well as a very substantial shareholder in the company. Under the terms of the placing agreement, Will Adderley has agreed that, following completion of the placing, he will not dispose of further shares in the company for a period of at least six months," said the company.

UBS will manage the placing as bookrunner, and Stifel Nicolaus Europe will act as co-lead manager.

Dunelm shares closed down 0.4% to 953.50 pence per share on Tuesday.

Hikma Pharmaceuticals said Non-Executive Director John Castellani bought 2,500 shares at 2,103p each on Monday. The purchase is Castellani's only holding in the FTSE 250 company after being appointed in February. He was president and chief executive officer of the Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America from 2010 to 2015. Shares in the Jordan-founded drug maker closed flat at 2,141.85p Tuesday.

Next Fifteen Communications Group said Chairman Richard Eyre bought 7,936 shares at a price of 252p per share on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Eyre is holds a total of 191,857 shares, equating to a 0.27% stake in the communications company. The stock closed up 6.8% at 256.75p Tuesday.

Nanoco Group said Non-Executive Director Gordon Hall bought 50,000 shares at 44.0p per share on Tuesday. Following the purchase, Hall holds 250,000 shares, equating to approximately an 0.11% stake in the nanomaterials producer. The stock closed down 6.6% at 42.50p Tuesday.

Gresham House Strategic said the wife of Non-Executive Director Ken Lever bought 3,300 shares at 749.0p each on Monday. The purchase makes up his entire holding. The stock closed up 0.2% at 750.00p Tuesday.

Lighting manufacturer ProPhotonix said Chief Executive Officer Tim Losik bought 100,000 shares at a price of USD0.04 per share Monday. Following this purchase, Losik's direct holding amounts to 297,200 shares, representing 0.35% stake in the group. The stock closed up 2.2% at 2.30p pence Tuesday.
