Duke Royalty said that four directors purchased shares in the company on Wednesday.Chief Executive Officer Neil Johnson purchased 125,000 shares at a price of
40.0 pence per share, bringing his total shareholding to 1.6 million shares, or a 1.7% stake.Executive Director Charlie Cannon-Brookes acquired 427,000 shares at 39.72p each, giving him 2.5 million shares in total, or a 2.6% interest in the company.Arlington Group Asset Management Ltd, a company in which Brookes is an executive director, bought 45,193 shares for 39.99p per share, meaning it now holds 2.5 million shares in total.Chairman Nigel Birrell purchased 125,000 shares at a price of 40.0p per share, giving him a total shareholding of 650,000 shares or a 0.7% stake.Finally, Executive Director Justin Cochrane acquired 50,000 shares at a price of 40.0p each, meaning he now holds 740,000 shares in total, equal to a 0.8% interest.Shares in the royalty finance-focused investment company closed up 0.5% at

Chaarat Gold Holdings said an entity closely associated to its Chairman Martin Andersson bought
GBP446,250 worth of shares on Wednesday. Labro Investments Ltd bought 2.4 million shares in Chaarat at a price of
18.75 pence each. Shares closed down 1.2% on Thursday at 20.00p. The shares were bought from Mada Ltd, an entity controlled by former Chaarat Director Dekel Golan, who left the firm last November. Following the buy, Labro holds 131.9 million Chaarat shares, just over 35% of its issued share capital.----------
Verona Pharma, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, said that Chief Executive Officer Jan-Anders Karlsson purchased 3,250 ordinary shares at
148.64 pence per share. The shares were bought on Tuesday. Following the acquisition, Karlsson will own 92,400 shares, representing 0.09% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in the company closed up 4.8% at 153.00p.----------
Harworth Group said Non-Executive Director Jonson Cox sold 150,000 shares in a transaction on Wednesday. Cox sold the shares at a price of
