LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday. ----------Draper Esprit said Chief Executive Simon Cook and Chief Operating Officer Stuart Chapman sold 500,000 shares each at a price of 476 pence per share on Wednesday.Both Cook and Chapman now hold 1.6 million shares each, reflecting a 1.6% interest in the company, following the GBP2.4 million transactions. Shares in the venture capital firm closed down 0.4% at 490.00p each on Thursday.----------LSL Property Services said Chairman Simon Embley purchased 675,924 shares at a price of 255.16p per share on Wednesday. Following the GBP1.7 million transaction, Embley now holds 6.8 million shares in total, reflecting a 6.5% interest in the company. Shares in the estate agent ended up 3.1% at 268.00p each on Thursday.----------RockRose Energy said Chief Financial Officer Steve Pawson bought GBP35,756 worth of shares in a transaction on Wednesday. Pawson bought 9,772 shares at a price of 366.00p each. RockRose shares closed down 3.0% at 360.00p each Thursday. The company did not say what holding Pawson had before the deal nor what his subsequent interest is.----------DX Group said Executive Chairman Ronald Series purchased shares in the logistics company in a transaction on Wednesday. Series acquired 330,000 shares at 10.05p each, worth GBP33,165. The stock closed up 7.8% on Thursday at 10.23p each.
