DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: dotDigital Founder Sells 2 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Web marketing company dotDigital Group said Co-Founder Simon Bird sold 2.0 million shares at 77.9 pence each, equivalent to about GBP1.5 million.dotDigital said the sale was made "to fund personal liabilities that arose as a consequence of changes to Mr Bird's family circumstances".The company did not disclose Bird's holding, if any, following the transaction.Shares in dotDigital closed up 4.0% at 84.22 pence per share on Tuesday.----------FTSE 250-listed Provident Financial said Interim Chairman Stuart Sinclair bought a total of 29,417 shares on Monday. Sinclair bought 19,452 shares at 1,023.00p each, 7,449 shares at 1,001.00p each, and 2,516 shares at 988.00p each, for a total cost of GBP298,416. Last month, Provident Financial confirmed it appointed Interim Executive Chairman Malcolm Le May as permanent chief executive officer. Sinclair, previously a non-executive director, was then appointed as interim chairman as the board looks for a permanent replacement. Shares in the subprime lender closed down 1.1% at 669.80p Tuesday. ----------Mobile advertising firm Taptica International said two directors purchased shares in the company in transactions on Monday. Chief Executive Hagai Tal bought 42,250 shares at an average price of 361.94p each for GBP152,920. He now holds 9.5 million company shares, or 14% of its entire share capital. Chairman Tim Weller increased his stake by 5,634 shares, which he bought at an average price of 354.75p each for GBP19,987. He now has 87,332 shares, or a 0.1% stake. Taptica shares ended down 1.7% on Tuesday at 354.00p each.----------Pennon Group said Chairman John Parker bought 17,027 shares at a price of 587.28p per share on Tuesday. His total shareholding before or after the deal, which cost GBP99,996, was not disclosed. Pennon said Monday it performed in line with expectations in its soon-to-end financial year, with all three divisions delivering. Shares in the water company closed up 1.7% at 593.00p Tuesday.----------
