LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday. ----------Dixons Carphone said Chief Executive Alex Baldock purchased 125,533 shares at a price of GBP1.99 on Thursday.The GBP249,810 purchase was completed in one transaction. Baldock's interest in the company was not reported.Shares in Dixons Carphone closed up 2.4% Thursday at 195.25 pence each.----------Faron Pharmaceuticals said several directors purchased shares over the course of three days from Tuesday to Thursday. On Tuesday, Non-Executive Director Matti Manner and a person closely associated purchased 22,900 shares in total at a price of 56 pence per share for GBP12,824. On Wednesday, Chief Financial Officer Yrjo Wichmann bought 5,200 shares for 67 pence each for GBP3,484. On Thursday, Corporate Legal Counsel Pessi Honkasalo acquired 1,500 shares for 75 pence per share for GBP1,125. Medical Director Matti Karvonon and a closely associated person purchased 15,000 shares at a price of 56 pence and 31,000 shares at 57 pence respectively on Thursday. Also on Thursday, Chief Executive Markku Jalkanen and a closely associated person bought a total of 36,000 shares for 71 pence, and Chief Development Officer Juho Jalkanen acquired 12,000 shares for the same price. It was not disclosed how many shares any of these directors now hold following these transactions. Shares in the pharmaceutical company closed down 2.7% on Thursday at 72.00p.----------Gym Group said late Wednesday Chief Executive John Treharne sold GBP1.4 million worth of shares in the company. Treharne sold 500,000 shares in the company at GBP2.73 per share. The gym chain also said Property Director Jonathan Spaven sold 500,000 shares at the same price.
