DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Dillistone Directors Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Dillistone Group, which supplies software to the recruitment industry, said a group of directors bought shares in wake of a profit warning the company issued last week.

Chairman Mike Love acquired a total of 126,500 shares at 79p per share on Monday.

The company also said Chief Executive Officer Jason Starr and Finance Director Julie Pomeroy each acquired 12,632 shares at 79.16p per share on Monday.

Following the transactions, Love has a beneficial interest representing 4.7% of the issued share capital. Starr has an interest representing an 18% stake and Pomeroy has an interest representing 0.3%.

Dillistone last Wednesday reported a fall in pretax profit in the first half of 2015, despite a rise in revenue, as it booked costs associated with investments it is making, and warned that profit will continue to decline in the full year.

The stock closed up 2.9% at 78.75p Tuesday.

Fashion retailer SuperGroup said one of the company's founders and Brand and Design Director James Holder sold 17,875 shares at a price of 1403.837p per share Tuesday. Following this transaction, Holder now holds 9.7 million shares, which represents 11.89% of the company's issued share capital. The stock closed up 2.7% at 1,428.00p Tuesday.

Enterprise software company Sopheon said Chairman Barry Mence bought 22,600 shares at a price of 82.50p per share Monday. Following this transaction, Mence holds 1.4 million shares. The company also said Non-Executive Director Stuart Silcock bought 2,400 shares at the same price. He now holds 254,627 shares. The stock closed up 3.0% at 85.00p Tuesday.

Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group said Non-Executive Director Paul Howard bought 1.1 million shares at a price of 3.95p per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Howard's interest stands at 1.6 million shares, representing approximately 0.5% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in the independent satellite broadband internet service provider closed up 1.6% at 4.24p Tuesday.
