LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Croma Security Solutions Group said three of its board members bought 44,250 shares after the security and surveillance company said on Wednesday it had mistakenly overstated its 2015 profit.
Chief Executive Officer Roberto Fiorentino bought 25,000 shares at 37 pence each on Wednesday. The purchase increases his shareholding to 3.8 million shares.
Non-Executive Director Nicholas Hewson bought 13,750 shares at 38.1818 pence each. After the purchase he holds 203,565 shares.
Non-Executive Director James Percy bought 5,500 shares at 37.5 pence each on Thursday. The purchase takes his shareholding up to 285,000 shares.
Croma Security Solutions on Wednesday said an administrative error resulted in its profit for the 2015 financial year being overstated.
Croma said its pretax profit for the year to the end of June 2015 was overstated to the tune of GBP142,250 due to an administrative error which meant an intercompany charge was not eliminated from the figures. The same error means profit for the half to the end of December 2015 was overstated by GBP47,216.
Croma shares closed up 4.0% at 39.00p Thursday. They lost 15% on Wednesday following the company's announcement of the error.

FTSE 100 Marks & Spencer Group said Chairman Robert Swannell bought 26,298 shares at a price of GBP3.76546 each on Thursday. Following this transaction, Swannell now holds 169,298 shares. Shares in the clothing and homewares retailer closed up 1.0% at 379.27 pence Thursday.

Derwent London said Simon Silver, a director, sold 30,000 shares at a price of 3,329 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this transaction, Silver now holds 213,617 shares, which represents 0.192% stake in the firm. Shares in the FTSE 250-listed property company closed down 0.9% at 3,302.28p Thursday.

Vernalis said two of its directors bought shares in the pharmaceutical company at a price of 45 pence per share. Chief Executive Officer Ian Garland bought 245,000 shares and now holds 1.0 million shares, or a 0.2% stake. Chief Financial Officer David Mackney bought 97,000 shares and now holds 512,203 shares, or a 0.1% stake. The stock closed down 1.7% at 44.25p Thursday.

Vianet Group said Chief Executive Officer Stewart Darling bought 30,000 shares at a price of 98 pence per share Thursday. Following this transaction, Darling now holds 63,244 shares representing 0.23% of the total share capital with voting rights of the company. The stock closed down 2.3% at 94.30p Thursday.

Robinson said Sarah Clothier, the wife of Chairman Richard Clothier, purchased 2,906 shares at a price of 172 pence per share on Wednesday. After the purchase, Richard Clothier is now interested in a total of 37,882 shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the total voting rights. The stock closed up 3.9% at 175.00p Thursday.

Sanne Group said Head of Private Debt and Capital Markets Martin Schnaier sold 123,415 shares at a price of 44 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this transaction, Schnaier now holds 740,489 shares, which represents a 0.64% stake in the group. Shares in the outsourced corporate and fund administration provider closed up 0.5% at 446.75p Thursday.

Gresham Computing said Chief Executive Officer Ian Manocha bought 75,000 shares at 96p per share on Wednesday. The purchase is Manocha's only holding in the software company after being appointed in March last year. The stock closed up 0.6% at 99.10p Thursday.
