LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------FTSE 250-listed pork, chicken & pastry producer Cranswick said Linda Davey, spouse of Chairman Martin Davey, sold 15,000 shares at a price of 3,340 pence per share on Thursday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Martin Davey and his associated persons now hold in the company following the GBP501,000 deal.Shares in Cranswick closed down 1.1% at 3,252.00p each.----------JPMorgan US Smaller Cos Investment Trust said Non-Executive Director Davina Walter purchased shares in the company. Davina bought 9,063 shares at a price of 329.25p each, totalling GBP29,840. Shares in JPMorgan US closed down 0.3% at 239.00p each.----------Media company Daily Mail & General Trust said Executive Director Paul Dacre sold 32,788 shares at a price of 750p per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Dacre now holds in the company following the GBP245,910 deal. In June, the company said Dacre will leave his role as deputy editor of the Daily Mail in November. He will also step down as a board director of DMGT prior to the end of the financial year. Shares in DMGT closed up 0.1% at 751.40p each.----------Beazley said Non-Executive Director George Blunden sold shares in the insurance company. Blunden disposed of 5,000 shares at a price of 586.74p each, worth GBP29,337. Shares in Beazley closed 0.2% lower at 589.00p each.----------Quilter said Chief Internal Auditor Matthew Burton acquired shares in the financial services company. In a transaction on Monday, Burton bought 20,000 shares at a price of 148.36p each, totalling GBP29,672. Shares in Quilter closed 2.6% higher at 151.32p each in London.----------Goals Soccer Centres said Harwood Capital LLP with which Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills is associated bought 150,000 shares in the company. Harwood acquired the shares in four transactions, the first 100,000 in two deals in July and the remaining 50,000 in two acquisitions in August for a share price of 69.0p. The total consideration was GBP103,500. The company's total shareholding in Goals Soccer after the deals amounts to 14.2 million shares. Goals Soccer Centres shares closed up 1.5% at 70.00p each.----------Standard Life Aberdeen said Non-executive Director Kevin Parry bought a total of 25,000 shares in three separate transactions. Parry bought the shares at an average price of 318.52p each for a total consideration of GBP79,625. His total shareholding following the deal was not disclosed. Standard Life Aberdeen shares closed up 1.1% at 321.30p each.----------Student accommodation provider Empiric Student Property said Mark Pain, who will becom a non-executive chairman of the company in September, purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 95.5p per share.
