LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday and Wednesday.----------Computacenter said Non-Executive Chairman Gregory Lock purchased 41,000 shares at a price of 1,217 pence per share on Tuesday, for a total cost of GBP498,970.This was followed by a further purchase of 2,000 shares at 1,204p each for GBP24,080 on Wednesday.Lock's holding after the two deals has not been disclosed.Shares in Computacenter closed down 2.0% at 1,193.78p.----------Recruitment company Staffline Group said Martina McKenzie, managing director of its Irish division, purchased 3,319 shares at 1,213 pence each on Wednesday. McKenzie's holding after the GBP40,259 deal has not been disclosed. Shares in Staffline closed down 0.2% at 1,194.00p.----------Debt asset investor P2P Global Investments said shares had been purchased by Lindsey McMurray, a partner at P2P's investment manager Pollen Street Capital Ltd, and close associate Jorge Villon. McMurray and Villon purchased 191,815 shares at a price of 779.0 pence each for a total of GBP1.5 million. Their holdings following the deal have not been disclosed. Shares in P2P Global closed up 0.4% at 773.0p.----------Small-cap investor Gresham House Strategic said Chairman David Potter purchased 2,520 shares at a price of 992.0 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this 24,998 transaction, Potter is now interested in 19,833 shares in the investor, reflecting a 0.6% stake. Shares in Gresham House Strategic closed down 2.5% at 960.00p.----------Regional REIT said Independent Non-Executive Director Frances Daley purchased 30,000 shares at a price of 100.5332 pence per share on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Daley now holds in the real estate investment trust following the GBP30,160 deal. Shares in Regional REIT closed down 0.2% at 100.60p.----------Benchmark Holdings said Non-Executive Director Hugo Wahnish purchased 100,000 shares in the company at 56.5 pence each. The GBP56,500 deal was completed Tuesday. Wahnish now holds an interest in 275,000 shares in Benchmark, representing 0.05% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in Benchmark closed down 2.9% at 53.40p----------JKX Oil & Gas said that Chairman Hans Jochum Horn acquired 100,000 shares in the company. Horn bought the shares at 43.0 pence each in a deal worth GBP43,000. Following the purchase, he holds an interest in 100,000 shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the company. JKX shares closed down 0.5% at 42.01p. ----------Learning Technologies Group said that Chief Financial Officer Neil Elton bought shares in the company worth GBP174,183. Elton acquired 137,152 shares at 127.58 pence each in a deal concluded on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Elton holds 439,562 shares representing 0.07% of the company. Furthermore, Learning Technologies in a separate statement said that Merian Global Investors Ltd now holds a 7.85% stake in the company. Merian's holding prior to the deal, if any, was not disclosed. Learning Technologies shares closed down 7.05 at 120.50p. ----------Cello Health said that Non-Executive Director Chris Jones bought shares in the company worth GBP29,998 worth of shares. Jones acquired 22,726 shares at 132 pence each in a transaction concluded on Tuesday. Following the purchase, Jones holds 22,726 shares representing the 0.02% of the company. Cello Health shares closed down 1.0% at 130.15p. ----------CC Japan Income & Growth Trust said Tuesday that Director Kate Cornish-Bowden bought 20,000 shares in the company. The director acquired the shares at 160.39 pence for a total of GBP32,078. Her total stake in the company following the deal was not disclosed.
