LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.

Clinigen Group said Chief Strategy Officer Simon Estcourt sold about GBP1.2 million worth of stock in the pharmaceutical services group.
Estcourt sold 160,139 shares at a price of 773 pence per share On Tuesday. He also sold 5,100 shares at 728 pence per share on Friday.
Following these transactions, Estcourt's total beneficial interest in Clinigen is 7,000 shares, or a less than 1.0% stake.
The stock closed down 0.3% at 777.99p Wednesday.

Barclays Bank on said a group of investors in FTSE 250 motor insurer Hastings Group Holdings are to sell a 7.0% stake in the company via a share placing.
Barclays said the group of investors selling the shares comprises Hastings Investco - controlled by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division, Edward Fitzmaurice, Narmali Utley and Keith Charlton - Neil Utley, The Utley Family Charitable Trust and Richard Brewster.
Neil Utley is one of the co-founders of Hastings and Narmali Utley is his wife. Fitzmaurice and Brewster both sit on the company's board as non-executive directors, while Charlton heads Hastings subsidiary Advantage Insurance.
The group of investors has agreed to sell a total of 46.2 million shares in Hastings at 216.00 pence per share, making the transaction worth around GBP99.8 million.
Hastings listed in London in October 2015, raising GBP210.0 million and being valued at GBP1.12 billion upon admission. Since listing a year ago, shares in the company are up 31%, and it is now valued at around GBP1.44 billion.
Hastings shares closed down 5.5% at 216.00p on Wednesday.

Tullow Oil said Brian Williams, vice president of corporate finance, sold 10,000 shares at a price of 262.4 pence per share Wednesday. The company also said Williams sold an additional 10,000 shares at 258.1p each on Tuesday. The stock closed up 2.1% at 261.87p Wednesday.

Pittards said Non-Executive Director Stephen Yapp bought 15,231 shares at a price of 124 pence per share Wednesday. Following the purchase, Yapp's holding increased to 35,231 shares. Shares in the leather products firm closed up 9.1% at 102.00p Wednesday.

Sinclair Pharma said Non-Executive Director Jeff Thompson bought 150,000 shares at a price of 29.125 pence per share on Tuesday. The purchase is Thomson's only holding. Shares in the pharmaceutical company closed up 3.5% at 29.50p Wednesday.

Cello Group said Jane Shirley, a divisional chief executive, bought 2,331 shares at a price of 107.4 pence per share Tuesday. Following the purchase, Shirley holds 78,000 shares, representing 0.1% of the current issued share capital. The stock closed up 0.8% at 109.40p Wednesday.

Hiscox said a trio of non-executive directors bought shares in the insurer. Ernst Jansen, Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, each purchased 2,943, 2,823, and 1,692 shares respectively, at a price of 1041.1749 pence per share on Friday. The stock closed down 1.3% at 1,054.15p Wednesday.

Pan African Resources said Chief Executive Officer Cobus Loots bought 30,000 shares at a price of ZAR3.55 each Wednesday. Following this transaction, Loots now holds 560,675 shares. The company also said Finance Director Deon Louw bought 137,450 shares last Thursday at an average price of ZAR3.62 each. The stock was closed down 3.7% at 19.75p Wednesday.
