LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

EKF Diagnostics Holdings said Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust, bought 3.1 million shares at a price of 14.97 pence per share on Friday.
The total transaction is worth GBP464,070.
EKF Chairman Christopher Mills is the chief executive and chief investment officer at Harwood.
Following this transaction, Mills holds a total indirect beneficial interest in 118.1 million shares, or a 25% stake in EKF.
Shares in the medical diagnostic instruments company closed down 2.8% at 15.31p Tuesday.

St Modwen Properties said Non-Executive Director Simon Clarke bought 100,000 shares at a price of 273 pence per share on Tuesday. Shares in the property company closed up 7.2% at 267.60p Tuesday.

Epistem Holdings said members of its board acquired shares at a price of 80 pence per share as part of a share placing on Tuesday.
Chief Financial Officer John Rylands acquired 162,500 shares and Chairman Ian Gilham and Chief Executive Officer David Budd each acquired 31,250 shares.
In addition non-executive directors Allan Brown and Roger Lloyd acquired 31,250 and 12,500 shares respectively.
Epistem Holdings last Thursday said it raised GBP6.5 million through a large and conditional placing of shares priced at a discount.
Shares in the biotechnology and medicine company closed down 3.5% at 82.00p Tuesday.

1Spatial said Chief Executive Officer Marcus Hanke sold 5.0 million shares at a price of 4.45 pence per share on Monday. The sale was worth a total of GBP222,500 before expenses. Following this transaction, Hanke now holds 24.3 million shares, translating to a 3.3% stake in the geospatial software company. The stock closed down 1.5% at 4.55p Tuesday.
