DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Caledonia Investments Chief Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Caledonia Investments said that a number of investors, closely associated with Chief Executive William Wyatt, bought shares on Tuesday.Dunchurch Lodge Stud Co, a private company controlled by Wyatt and his connected persons, bought 2,930 shares at 2,940 pence each for GBP86,142.In addition, family trusts - of which Wyatt is a trustee - bought 7,000 shares at the same price for GBP205,800.All shares were purchased from a close relative of Wyatt's and were conducted off-market in London.Following this, Wyatt's beneficial interest in Caledonia Investments is 2.1%, including the Duchurch Lodge shares.Shares in Caledonia Investments closed up 0.5% at 2,955.00p on Wednesday. ----------Boku said Non-Executive Chair Mark Britto purchased shares in payments platform provider in a transaction on Wednesday. Britto bought 400,000 shares at a price of 75 pence each, totalling GBP300,000. Shares in Boku were closed flat on Wednesday at 75.00p each.----------UDG Healthcare said Non-Executive Director Lisa Ricciardi acquired shares in the mid-cap healthcare advisory firm. In a transaction on Monday, Ricciardi bought 6,745 shares at a price of 741 pence each, worth GBP49,980. UDG Healthcare shares closed 1.2% higher on Wednesday at 570.00p each. ----------The City Pub Group said that Executive Chair Clive Watson purchased GBP83,600 worth of shares on Wednesday. Watson bought 40,000 shares at a price of 209 pence per share. Following this transaction, Watson now holds a beneficial interest in 2.7 million shares in total, reflecting 4.4% of City Pub's entire share capital. Shares in the pub operator closed up 5.1% at 207.00 pence on Wednesday.----------Marlowe said that Chief Executive Officer Alex Dacre purchased GBP48,762 in shares on Wednesday. Dacre bought 12,900 shares at a a price of 378 pence per share. Following this transaction, Dacre now holds 3.5 million shares in total, reflecting an 8.6% holding in the company. Shares in the support services firm closed down 0.5% at 387.00 pence on Wednesday.----------
